Of course they do. Islamic Terrorist Organizations are like any other organization in this respect. They have to galvanize youth to join their ranks and contribute funds. Islamic Terrorists primarily recruit in the areas of the countries where leadership is amenable to them and in mosques of sympathetic Imams.

Free Speech becomes terrorism, therefore a crime, when it oversteps its boundaries beyond the 1st Amendment to the US Constitution.

Terrorism is the battle plan of those who have no other weapon than their willingness to die for their cause. It arises out of hopelessness on the part of the low and intransigence on the part of the high. One must always remember, in the face of all the jingoism and rhetoric, that terrorists on OUR side are called freedom fighters, patriots, martyrs and heroes.

Revolution and terrorism are not related at all. It's like people and computers. A person can use a computer, but they refer to very different things. A revolutionary can use terrorism to achieve his goals. But terrorism and revolution is in no way the same thing.

Terrorism generally refers to the use of "terror." The goals can be freedom, liberty, and justice or for popularity and influence. It generally involves extreme violence such as mutilation, assassination, and so on to gain attention and force authorities to concede / come to the bargaining table.

Ex. capturing and mutilating government officials on television. Generally makes other officials vary afraid for their lives and families and therefore very willing to appease the terrorists.

Revolution however refers to the complete overthrow of a government by citizens. Generally invokes the ideas of social contract. A revolution can be bloodless as in The Glorious Revolution (UK) or it can be extremely gruesome with mass murders and prolonged warfare.

Also, generally implies successful overthrow of the government. The winners write histroy. So when the gov wins, they get labeled as rebels / criminals. When the revolutionaries win, they call themselves revolutionaries.

People generally have a beautiful view of revolutions as great moments where people strives to achieve magnificent goals such as liberty in face of extreme hardship. Revolutions tend to be the most gruesome and bloody types of violence. Sides are not clearly defined. Powerful individuals who don't chose a side or are unsure generally end up dead. Rarely do revolutions have amazing leaders as was the case in America where we had a whole set of similarly minded and very gifted individuals who followed their beliefs. Even when successful, most leaders who were excellent at gaining popular support and etc. turned out to be terrible governors afterwards which lead to long periods of instability and a general break down of law.

The Pan Am Flight 103 disaster was the destruction of a Boeing 747 in flight over Lockerbie, Scotland, in December of 1988. Since 9/11 Pakistan is playing a front role in the war on war with USA, but unfortunately Pakistan suffered alot in this war and had negative impacts in almost every sector in Pakistan. Terrorist activities has been increased, suicide attacks due to which thousands of peoples have lost their lives. Also it had very negative impacts on the economy of Paksitan, unemployment,inflation etc has reached at peak level. Our large national income is spent on defence rather than developmental projects so in my point of view our strong policies and also sincere leadership can save the Pakistan from future loses.

Nobody can give an exact figure. But before going into that, we need to understand how some muslims are terrorists, some are not.

Muslims are followers of their prophet Muhammad. Whose biographies are recorded in books called hadeeths/hadiths.

Surprising as it may seem, most Muslims care little for the politics of violence and just wish to go to work, make an honest wage, and raise a family. Some however, choose to follow these religious records of Muhammad which depicted him as a criminal, thereby turning themselves into terrorists. These religious records written by the earliest muslim leaders who were themselves ardent followers of muhammad, are called hadeeths/hadiths.

Bearing in mind that Muhammad himself is the personification of the religion that he started, it is therefore not surprising that many zealous muslims will endeavor to follow the practices recorded in these books.

The good news is, not all muslims agree to these writings. Some muslims choose to only rely on the main religious text, called the Q'uran. Unfortunately, the Q'uran reveals very little about the dealings of the person of muhammad and is itself non-contextual. As a result, there is frequently little option left but to refer to some of these hadeeths for backdrops to some of the Q'uranic teachings.

Which inevitably results in many areas of grey interpretations. When one refers heavily on the hadeeths, one may un-knowingly pick up some of the recorded practices which are criminal by today's standards. A simple reference to any on-line library of hadeeths will reveal this.

Some however, choose only to rely on the Q'uran and avoid the hadeeths altogether. These are called Q'uranists.

But whether or not a muslim becomes a moderate or fundamentalist muslim depends largely on the interpretation given to him/her by their religious teachers because the Q'uran is not only non-contextual it is also only to be interpreted by an Arabic speaking teacher. Who, if he relies on these recorded biographies of Muhammad in the hadeeths will lead those who follow him straight into religious terrorism.

We do not know how many are fundamentalists and how many are not. We know however, that there are no barriers for a moderate muslim to become terrorist by venturing onto these hadeeths. The number of terrorists may be relatively small at this juncture compared to the moderates, but the potential to swing the moderates over into the terror camp is huge.

There are hudnreds of ways in which terrorism effect the police, fistly, police have to get much more training now and they will be told what to do in certain eventualities, police get more powers when it comes to terrorism. This means spending more money and the governmenet allocating the police more funding.

No terrorists go for "soft" targets.

The Nation of Islam is a African-American Islamic Organization. In the past, the Nation of Islam has advocated for violence against Whites, Jews, and Asians claiming that all of these people have repressed the "Black Interest" and should be "properly punished" for their conduct. Understandably, mainstream Sunni and Shiite Islam both condemned the Nation of Islam for these racial beliefs saying that Islam does not recognize any difference between people on the basis of race and that discrimination on such a basis is un-Islamic.

With the death of the early Nation of Islam leaders, the Nation of Islam began an effort to reconcile its beliefs with Sunni Islam and is increasingly moving along that path, but there are still elements of the Nation of Islam that advocate for violence against non-Blacks.
