If this was caused by a person desiring to become female and who went through the steps necessary for that to happen, then you call that person Miss or Ma'am as they are now legally and anatomically female.

There is nothing called a "heshe" so either you mean a transgender person, and then if born a woman and have not removed the reproductive organs they can get pregnant, or you mean someone born Hermaphrodite and have parts of both genitalia. Any mammal can lactate with the right amount of hormones and development. So in short answer to your question, yes, it is quite possible for shemales (men) to lactate if given the correct dose or estrogen, progestin, and/or estradiol for an extended period of time and then given the hormone Prolactin and oxytosin. Even you could lactate if given this hormone regiment. This is not to say ALL shameles can lactate because many breast implants will destroy the milk ducts.

I doubt anything significant would happen. The effects of the hormones would likely cancel each other out, especially as both hormones are already present in the male body. However, sometimes large amounts of hormones are converted by the male body into only testosterone or only estrogen. For example, if a male bodybuilder takes anabolic steroids (which are basically testosterone and other muscle-building hormones), he can start to have body feminisation, like development of breast tissue, shrinking of the penis and testicles, loss of muscle mass, etc.

It would likely cause their own body to stop making hormones due to the feedback loop to the brain (hypothalamus-pituitary axis), and likely feminize them while maintaining some masculine features. Excess testosterone gets converted to estrogen in the body due to the aromatase enzyme.
By the way, the ovaries in the female body don't exactly produce estrogen, but produce DHEA and aromatase enzyme. Those become estrogen in the blood.

Persons with genuine transsexualism desire corrective surgery and complete assimilation into society as if they never had the condition, while most transgendered persons don't. Terms like "transwoman" and "T-girl" were created immediately after the TG takeover of the TS Community, since everyone was convinced the two separate communities could work together and help each other. However, the TS persons had Mainstream values and needs, while TG persons had mostly LGBT culture, values, and needs. Now most of the TS Community is reclaiming its Mainstream status and refuses to accept labels from TG and LGBT communities.
