Sadly you can not get this done "secertly". This is a long process that you have to go through in order to get hormone pills. You must contact you doctor and tell him about this. Then you have to see a psychologist for over a year. After this the psychology will give you a letter that states you are allowed to take hormone pills.

If you believe in the existence of God, then you should also believe that he is aware of everything, he is all knowing. If you do not truly believe in God, the question is entirely meaningless. You might also consider the possibility that even though God knows about people's sexual preferences, he doesn't actually care. Don't believe everything your local priest/minister/preacher tells you. These ministries seek to 'cure' homosexuality, and thousands of members meet regularly at their local ministries and at national conventions to repent, worship and learn. Thousands and thousands suffer, pray, strive and practice what ministry leaders suggest. Yet the same thousands continue to struggle, and even some of Exodus' founding group have gone back to gay life-styles. If it were simply a matter of 'turning', then either Exodus would not exist, or at least there would be no 'repeat' customers. Instead, members still clinging to religion return to have the hurts and humiliations of their lives re-inforced by well-meaning ministry leaders. And considering the hatred and violence that many in this community face, who would freely choose a non-het orientation freely?

This is up for debate, and nobody really knows. Animals are assumed to not have the same type of awareness or "souls" as humans. Humans have enough of an awareness to know if who they are does not match their body.

It is possible that animals could be transsexual, but that they have no sense of awareness that they have it. They simply act naturally without thinking, and the others accept them as what they present. There was the study that involved "gay rats." It is possible that what scientists created were transsexual rats. They weren't merely living as male rats while having sex with male rats, but were behaving almost entirely as female rats.

So maybe animals can be, but it is a moot issue, since they seem to deal with it, and the other animals treat them as how they present. Some animals are hostile to all of the same kind, even those they mate, and thus no distinction is made in behavior.

This defect is very rare. The doctor and parents have to decide how to raise the child. Sometimes, later on, the child doesn't mature sexually as the assigned sex. In one case a child was assigned and raised as a girl, but never formed breasts but had a low masculine voice. He had to chance his assigned sex legally to male.
