How can you get in it Joint Special Operations Command?
It depends on what type of position you are talking about. If you are asking about an operational position, you would need to spend time as either a Navy SEAL, Army Ranger or Special Forces, or Air Force Special Operations, before being chosen to join one of these branches' Tier One units, such as US Army Delta or US Air Force 24th Special Tactics Squadron.
However, not everyone within JSOC is an operator. They also have a lot of support personnel, who help gather and analyze intelligence to assist the guys in the field. That is another way to be a part of JSOC, if you can't be in an operational position.
The Norwegian HJK/FSK and MJK has been co-operating with British and American Special Forces. They supposedly had training with the S.A.S and there were American SF soldiers (not necessarily SEALS) at the training operation 'cold response'. It's been said that the Norwegian Special Forces are at the same level as units like S.A.S/SEALS & Delta Force. If you are referring to how well they did under the training operations, no one can tell you, that information is classified. The most detail you will get is the head of the Norwegian defense telling the media that everything went well/bad, the public will rarely receive detailed information.

What is a limited military response?
A limited military response is one which last no more than a few days in duration. No "boots" are put on the ground, however, cruise missiles as well as hard to shoot down aircraft which can drop guided bombs are used. Limited Military Responses are used when a government is trying to stop another country's bad behavior in a certain area. As such, the target of the limited response is generally limited to something which is used by the government conducting the bad behavior in order to stop them. For example, to stop Syria from using Chemical Weapons again, a limited response would be to use cruise missiles to take out the launching systems used for the delivery of chemical weapons. If those systems are moved around, then aircraft may need to be used in order to ensure an acurate targeting of those delivery systems. Another means would be to take out the chemical weapons themselves, however, this could end up having even worse results if the bombing of those weapons allowed the chemicals to escape into the atmosphere. The United States more often than not uses limited military responses in order to correct behavior in counties without having to resort to all out warfare. Such was the case in Libia, Panama, Columbia (against drug lords), Grenada (to expell Cuban Armed Forces), Beruit, and Iraq (excluding Gulf Wars I and II). Bosnia can also be looked at as a limited response, although the limited response there was quite heavy handed in scope to the norm. When boots are used on the gournd during a limited response, they are in and out and normally consist of special forces only.
my bro is in pararescue (pjs) but did look at combat control (cct). the only major difference is the job its self cct is an ordnance deployment force ( aka they call in airstrikes) cct also is more under JSOC (joint special operations command) than pjs because cc works with seals and recon units as well as many others while pjs are mainly a all air force position unless you are trasford under JSOC. as for pjs they are a (and i say this very lightly) medics but under the Geneva convention medics are not able to carry firearms so the consider themselves combat paramedics. this job is ecspeally good if you don't like politics to be involved in your job because your man mission is to provide life saving medical attention to the wounded. as it goes for the training and how hard it is it is almost the same until you get into their specific Field's. each will go through a orientation course and a diving coarse but that is pretty much it cct resacves more tactical tranning due to their need to be joined with another special mission unit. and pj focuses on life saving techniques. but in Hines sight they are both the same challenge no matter what.
What are the requirements to be in Delta Force?
You have to be a male US citizen, be between the ranks of E-4 (Corporal/Specialist) and E-8 (Master Sergeant/First Sergeant). Personnel of the Green Berets will make it very clear that the Green Berets are the best. They will probably say that they are the best at everything.

Are the Marine Scout Snipers better than the Army Special Forces Snipers?
The abilities of each as shooters depends on the individual... whichever one is a better shot is going to be the better shot, no matter what branch they're in.
As for Special Forces and Marine Scout Snipers, they're trained in rather different roles. A Marine Scout Sniper would not be trained in everything a Green Beret would be trained in, nor would a Green Beret have the same priorities in training as a Marine Scout Sniper.
