Usually, on any current cell phone, you can shut off the power of the phone, and then and take the back off, and then take the battery out, and then blow on the battery. That usually takes off all of the dust from the battery. After blowing on the battery, place it back in the phone, put the back on the phone, and then turn the phone back on. I believe (after hours of research) that AT&T has a contract with apple so that they are the only carrier of the iPhone, the contract , I think, is for 5 years I don't know when the contract started but you might wanna just get it with AT&T for a 2/yr service and possibly you either might like it and want to get more service by them or the contract between apple and AT&T will not be in effect.

you need to go to the verizon store and ask them to do it for you. but... :/ they should have done it when you bought the phone. unless you bought the phone somewhere other then the store.

You can call customer service and ask for a customer courtesy bundle of overage protection minutes added to your account. This will require a one year contract agreement. But, if your remaining contract is over 1 year, if won't extend it at all. The minutes expire in a year. and call my mother billi joe her number is 314-777-2390
