It stands for 'Winter'. It is designed to stop wheel spin and aid traction when pulling away on snow or ice (or mud). It does this by pulling away in 2nd gear instead of 1st and changing gear earlier (at lower revs).

if it's a turbo engine you should only use synthetic oil only!!

if it's a non-turbo engine a conven. oil will do.

Some car washes have brushes or flaps that can hit at headlight level and overpower the little wipers.

check the fuses in the fuse box by the drivers door any fuse over 20 can cause this. A spark plug checker is helpful.

There is no button to operate the headlight wipers. The headlights washers and wipers are activated along with the windshield wipers when you use the windshield washer by pulling the wiper switch towards you.

DON'T START THE ENGINE! There is a reason there is no oil pressure. The oil pump may be broken and not be siphoning the oil from the pan and the engine is getting no lubrication. There could even be damage to your crankshaft bearings or to the valvetrain, which can cause excess oil clearances and low oil pressure. If there is something internally wrong with your engine, then even cranking it can destroy it. Have the car towed to a reputable garage that does internal engine repair.

Could be low power steering fluid. Could also be an animal that has made a nest in your engine screaming.

The reason it is stuck in park is because the brake pedal sensor is defective or intermittent. A solenoid will release the shifter when it receives a valid signal from the brake pedal assuring that the brakes are applied before allowing to engage any gear. Check to see if the stop lights are bright when the brake pedal is pushed. I have an on going issue with my pedal. It appears that after 200,000 miles the pedal does not fully return to the rear most stop to reset the sensor. I have found with some elementary troubleshooting the use of a bungee cord to assist in returning the pedal to it's aft most stop it has alleviated the problem until I can get the sensor replaced.

The owner's manual says... for optimum performance use Permium (91 octane). The engine is set up for peak performance with this octane rating. My S60 2.4T will get 1-3 MPG better with Permium (91) than with Regular (87) . During the $4/gallon gas prices, I dropped the octane rating I was using, and saw the mpg drop. But I am back to using premium after calculating I wasn't saving any money The owner's manual also says that you should not use less tha 87 octane.

I don't know what size but on an 01 S60 you need an Allen wrench.

You must use a Dual Layer DVD, and I could only get it to work using one particular brand of DVD. Verbatim 2.4x DVD+RL (Part No 43562). I used Nero to burn it.
