its a very stupid virus as i guess. Even i tried to remove IE window title, default page from registry,but it didn't work. this stupid virus overwrites these values again and again.

It's called steganography. Clear-text or cipher-text is merged with existing data and, depending on the format, slightly alters the existing data to conceal the source data.
