Why ostream operators not overloaded using member functions?
Consider the following line:
cout<<obj;
where obj is the object of Demo class.
In this case we are overloading "<<" operator. But overloading the binary
operator using member function, the left hand operand should be the object of relevant class.
Here in this case left hand side operand is not the object of Demo class. It is object of ostream class.
Hence we cant overload ostream operators using member function. But we can overload these type of operators using friend functions.
Thanks,

What would have happened if Italy had supported the Allies in World War 2?
That is a very interesting question. Please remember that Mussolini started the fascist movement in the early 20s. So this question has really never been poised or given much thought. If Italy had joined the Allies, then Hitler and his generals would have had to position troops in southern Germany/former Austria to cover them. During the Czechoslovakia situation Mussolini did move parts of his army to Germany's southern border, and the Czech PM was hoping that Mussolini might help to stare the Germans down. This is one of the many reasons that the Pact of Steel was formed. Hitler did not want to have to squabble with Mussolini. They were both dictatorships, so he did not fear the Italians going over to the Allies.
What was the kahrs involvement in the beer hall putsch?
Hermann Göring, a key figure in the Nazi Party, played a significant role in the Beer Hall Putsch of 1923, but the term "Kahr" refers to Gustav von Kahr, the Bavarian State Commissioner at the time. Kahr initially opposed the Nazi Party's coup attempt but was later coerced into supporting it during the putsch. His eventual withdrawal of support led to the failure of the coup, resulting in the arrest of Adolf Hitler and other Nazi leaders. Kahr's involvement illustrates the complex dynamics of political power and allegiance in Weimar Germany.

What did allies do to punish axis leaders after the war?
This question can refer to the First and or Second World War. The aftermath of the First was Germany viewed as the humiliating terms of surrender under the Treaty of Versailles. The Second involved the partition and military occupation of Germany after 1945. Those Nazis that escaped trials and arrest were hunted, the chief example of which was Eichmann who was captured by the Israelis in South America.

How did Castro become allies with the US?
Castro has never been an ally of the US, he has expressed his contemp and hatred of the US on numerous occasions. During his hours long speeches he always refers to the US as a capitalist country that wants to exploit Cuba's resources.
Although after the defeat of Batista, the US government offered Castro its help and good will, only to find out that he was a marxist fanatic in bed with the USSR.
What country was a major factor in the Allied victory?
During World War II, several countries were major factors in the Allied victory, with the United States perhaps most typically identified as the single-most major factor. Great Britain's contribution should not be overlooked, however, as it single-handedly fought Germany at the peak of its power, successfully remaining in the fight until other nations could come to its aid.
