I refer to the above-mentioned matter regarding sign-In Error due to problems in the verification codes and definitely NOT due to any password error for the following two (02) of my Yahoo e-mail accounts:
(1) kenikochi@yahoo.com
(2) summer_boy_sg@yahoo.com
I am the RIGHTFUL OWNER of these two (02) Yahoo e-mail accounts.
I verify the following matters:
* These two (02) Yahoo e-mail accounts are created about the same time.
* Most of the time, there are only a few e-mails inside the Inbox.
* Most of the time, these two (02) Yahoo e-mail accounts are accessed about only once per calendar month.
* There is only only folder named "NCC" inside the "kenikochi@yahoo.com" e-mail account and it contains a Adobe Reader file with the same contents as the e-mail message on the local Singapore Church login information.
* The password recovery which the e-mail is to be sent of "kenikochi@yahoo.com" is "summer_boy_sg@yahoo.com".
* The password recovery which the e-mail is to be sent of "summer_boy_sg@yahoo.com" is "kenikochi@yahoo.com".
* The IP Address to which both of these two (02) Yahoo e-mail accounts are quite similar because I accessed them from the same computer at the local Singapore Internet Cafe shop for the past one year or so.
* The passwords to these two (02) accounts remain the same and have not been changed for as long as I can remember, say about a couple of years with successful logins with no other problems.
* Both of these two (02) account passwords are exactly the same one of "p********3".
* My last attempt to login and encountered problems was only on the 31/January/2013 and 01/February/2013, both dates inclusive.
Therefore, the PROBLEM is that after verifying the image, I was prompted to go into that password recovery which the e-mail is to be sent to retrieve the account reset information.
As such, one Yahoo e-mail account points to the other Yahoo e-mail account and I could not access both of them at all !!
Please assist to look into my problems urgently by LOWERING THE SECURITY SETTINGS FOR ME OR REMOVING THE IMAGE VERIFICATIONS.
There is nothing much important or sensitive in my these Yahoo e-mail accounts. I do NOT require so high the security settings and in the end, I cannot access my accounts.
