Some people believe overfishing is a serious issue that threatens the health of oceans and marine ecosystems, leading to depletion of fish populations. Others may view it as a necessary practice to meet the demands of the growing global population. Overall, there is a consensus that sustainable fishing practices are crucial to ensure long-term viability of fish stocks and ocean health.
There are a lot of ways how pollutants can destroy the marine life such as killing of fishes and the changes in the color of water.
Shark populations are declining because:

i have a couple simple ways.... mabye the govement should try to help prevent this. close open waters, or get someone to govern them. the government or president should be aware of what is happening. alot of men are going to lose jobs but if they don't let it set for a bit, this can be an even bigger issue. Another way is to take very little fish or underwater creatures. its about time the government does something.
ya know
wat , im president!
The Gulf of Cortez, the inside of the Baja peninsula has been over fished by illegal shark fishing. The top predator has been nearly wiped out. Now large schools of Humbolt Squid are attacking anything that is swimming in the water, including people.
In the Mediterranean, generational fishermen are starting to go away because of overfishing of Tuna. It's the only thing they know how to do but their ancestors didn't have the high tech equipment we have today, so they have caught too many and now this generation of fishermen are under strict quotas, which mean less money.

Taking more fish than the amount that will grow again. Eventually, there will be no fish left.
Overfishing can be used to control fish populations and can be helpful in encouraging natural selection. Overfishing can also be very harmful as it causes fish populations to decrease, affecting all animals that rely on them for food. Overfishing has led many governments to reduce the required size of fish to one that is smaller than when the fish reproduce.
Over fishing of any species has a net negative effect in any part of the ocean or even a lake or pond.
Try setting up an aquarium. Get the balance of fish and plants. Then take the fish or plants away and see what happens to the fish tank. You don't have to physically do it. Make it thinking experiment.
