What is the average cost of hiring a sexual harassment attorney?

User Avatar

Asked by Wiki User

This is not legal advice. That is a very difficult question, because it is entirely dependant on what you are hiring the attorney to do. For example, you could be hiring an attorney to prepare a will, form a corporation, change your name, get a divorce, defend you on a criminal charge, defend you in a lawsuit, or to pursue a lawsuit on your behalf. You will need to be more specific as to why you need an attorney for this question to be answered properly. Attorney fee agreements come in many forms. The three basic ones are flat fee agreements (where you make a one time payment of X), hourly agreements (where you pay the attorney X per hour), and contingency fee agreements (where the lawyer gets X percentage of any money awarded to you). If you'd like to contact me regarding a specific legal question, you may write to: Ron A. Andress, Esq., P.O. Box 195, Mobile, Alabama 36601

WHAT ARE Hr concept about hiring people in an organization?

User Avatar

Asked by Wiki User

Human Resource Management(HRM), is a process of bringing people and organization together so that the goals of each are met. It is that part of the management process which is concerned with the management of human resources in an organization. It tries to secure the best from people by winning the whole hearted cooperation...

HRM may be defined as the art of procuring, developing and maintaining competent workforce to achieve the goals of an organization in a effective and efficient manner.

Unfortunately, experience suggests the so-called HR Pros have multiple secret relationships and do not deserve outright trust at face-value, in fact and on the contrary one should always be sceptical about these guys. Same for many job consultants, HR agencies or human brokers in this business. Of course there are exceptions, 80/20 as a rule, so kindly do not it personally, if you a HR Pro!

What are the phases of the hiring process?

User Avatar

Asked by Wiki User

The opening phase, the question-response phase, and the closing phase. The opening phase includes rapport, orientation and motivation part of the interview. During the opening phase is to build a comfortable feeling with the interviewee, to give the interviewee a clear overall view of the interview and to montivate the interviewee to give straightforward, complete answers. The question-response phase is the heart of the interview and used for both the interviewee and the interviewer to ask and respond to any questions. The closing phase is the end of the interview where you should summarize the major points of the interview and any conclusions reached. The closing phase gives both parties the the chance to ask any final questions if they feel something was misunderstood or not discussed.

What Publix is hiring?

User Avatar

Asked by Wiki User

It is fairly easy to get a job at Publix. They sometimes (not always) hire people starting at age 14. I started working at the Destin Publix when I was 15. The application process is automated, and must be done at an in store kiosk. The interview was not too hard either. I didn't even have to rehearse or prepare for it, and I was still hired on the spot (this may be partly because I applied right before the summer season, and it gets BUSY during that time).

Most of the interview questions were pretty basic, like "Tell me about yourself", "what do you think makes a good employee", "what was the hardest decision you made this year and why", "are you a leader or a follower", "how can you contribute to this store", etc.

Are condo associations hiring repairs required to carry workmans comp insurance?

User Avatar

Asked by Wiki User

Even if a condo association does not have direct employees, there can still be potential situations where workers compensation coverage is beneficial. For instance, should an injury happen on site to a worker from the property management company or to a subcontractor, some states might hold the property owner (the condo association in this case) liable, despite the worker not being a direct employee of the association.

It's also worth bearing in mind how your property management company handles their own insurance. Some property management firms, like Daisy Property Management, ensure that all their staff and subcontractors are properly covered, giving peace of mind to the condo associations we support.

However, it's always beneficial to have a comprehensive review of your condo association's insurance portfolio completed by a licensed insurance professional to ensure there are no gaps in coverage. This should ideally be updated annually or when there are significant changes to the association's properties or operations.
