Where is bilberry found in India?

User Avatar

Asked by Wiki User

Don't know where you can get bilberry extract in India sorry.

However, you could certainly try mulberry extract from black mulberries as they grow in India so you should have no problem getting hold of the extract. Black mulberry has the dark pigments [anthocyanins] that bilberries and some other dark berries [e.g. blueberries] have. Thus if you could not find bilberry extract but you can find black mulbery extract and blueberry extract you could try those instead.

You should also eat plenty of red, orange, yellow and green vegetables and fruits rich in carotinoids [particularly lutein and zeaxanthin] and also vitamin A, such as.......bell peppers, carrots, apricots, cantaloupe melon, mango, broccoli, spinach, curly kale, swiss chard, collard, peas, corn, etc. Egg yolks, particularly from corn fed hens, may be a particularly good [bioavailable] source of lutein. Eat also tomatoes rich in lycopene. And eat pumpkin seeds rich in zinc.

Stay awake from cigarettes and other forms of pollution.....they are bad for the eyes. And more pollution = more antioxidants needed, generally speaking. Wear UV protective sunglasses when you go out in strong sun.

It might also be worth taking coQ10 as a supplement.

Ginkgo biloba might also help if there is poor circulation to the eyes. But check with a doctor or pharmacist first before taking this if you are on any prescribed medications or have any underlying medical condition.

Keep regular eye checks and keep up to date with your prescription. Try not to strain your eyes....wear your glasses at all times when you need to, and don't use the computer for too long or watch too much TV without taking regular breaks. You should see an eye specialist if you haven't already done so if you are having any specific problems or concerns.

User Avatar

Asked by Wiki User

Ayurveda for its digestive and detoxifying properties. Triphala is believed to help improve digestion, boost metabolism, and promote the elimination of toxins from the body, which may aid in weight loss.

Another Ayurvedic product that is often used for weight management is Guggul. Guggul is derived from the resin of the Commiphora Mukul tree and is known for its lipid-lowering properties. It is believed to help regulate cholesterol levels, enhance metabolism, and promote fat burning.

Please note that while Ayurvedic products can be used as a complementary approach to weight loss, they should not be seen as a substitute for a balanced diet and regular exercise. It is always advisable to consult a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner or healthcare professional before starting any new supplement or treatment.

Health tourism a boon or curse?

User Avatar

Asked by Wiki User

  • Medical tourism (also called medical travel, health tourism or global health care) is a term initially coined by travel agencies and the mass media to describe the rapidly-growing practice of traveling across international borders to obtain health care. Such services typically include elective procedures as well as complex specialized surgeries such as joint replacement (knee/hip), cardiac surgery, dental surgery, and cosmetic surgeries. However, virtually every type of health care, including psychiatry, alternative treatments, convalescent care and even burial services are available. As a practical matter, providers and customers commonly use informal channels of communication-connection-contract, and in such cases this tends to mean less regulatory or legal oversight to assure quality and less formal recourse to reimbursement or redress, if needed. Over 50 countries have identified medical tourism as a national industry. However, accreditation and other measures of quality vary widely across the globe, and there are risks and ethical issues that make this method of accessing medical care controversial. Also, some destinations may become hazardous or even dangerous for medical tourists to contemplate.

Where can you find a quality source of ormus monatomic gold?

User Avatar

Asked by Wiki User

  • ORMUS(sometimes also referred to as ORME, monoatomic elements, and/orm-state materials) is a class of physically distinct atomic mineral substances that are unique forms of matter that appear to be closer to the state of aether or vacuum or pure energy than normal matter such as the common mineral and atomic compounds found on Mendeleyev's Periodic Table of the Elements.

These distinct substances also seem to be intimately woven into the fabric of living things. They appear to be associated with what causes everything to "live." These forms of matter can have an attraction for the heavens, and through proper forms of motion and catalysts, they will aetherialize and levitate (or actually fall upwards). Such substances in spiral motion and in combination with hydrogen and sulfur compounds could be the cause of all plant and animal growth upward against gravity (we believe they can, under controlled scientific conditions, actually displace the force of gravity, thus causing levitation). These substances are not like the other atomic units of matter found on the Periodic Table of the Elements. When isolated and separated from other parent materials, these substances display consciousness. They move to escape isolation by jumping (or teleporting) into nearby salts, oils, water sources, and even the atmosphere itself.

ORMUS ATOMS or minerals are a chemically identified separate class of substances, just like the halogens or the metals, except that Ormus atoms do not find placement on the two-dimensional Periodic Table of the Elements. Ormus elements appear to be isolated or micro-cluster bits of atomic materials that are closer, as previously mentioned, to the pure energy state of the vacuum (aether or zero point). Ormus elements can have the visible appearance (when isolated and dried) of silicon-like, ceramic powdery substances.

Ormus elements apparently show up in our reality (deep in the Earth, in lava, in salts, in the oceans, in springs, etc.) as in folded substances that, under certain types of stimulation, will unfold into a metal. Ormus could be the source of all metals. Therefore, we identify the ORMUS ELEMENTS in relationship to the metal they can unfold into (e.g. Ormus copper, Ormus gold, Ormus rhodium, etc.) for a quality source of Ormus , Monatomic gold go to http://www.alchemicalelixirs.com
