It's impossible to die from the third-hand smoke myth. I don't even believe someone can die from 2nd hand smoke. If there was any truth from nonsmokers dying from 2nd hand smoke, then I would've seen people collapsing and dying on the spot in places that used to allow smoking indoors in the 80s (such as restaurants). People have a better chance of dying naturally than from third hand smoke. One example of third hand smoke I heard of is the lingering smoke getting into your clothes. If you actually believe it's possible to die from simply smelling cigarette smoke in your clothes or someone else's clothes, then you must be a teen who has a lotta learning to do about life as you get older. Even smelling cigarette smoke in a car seat won't kill you.

And if ypu wanna believe what the CDC says, be my guest. I've been waiting for years to see proof of someone's death certificate that specifically says someone died from SHS inhalation. Til that day comes, what the CDC has to say is no different from the fictional numbers of the number of nonsmokers die from SHS. More people die from SHS than drugs and getting murdered combined? Antismoking groups will say anything to either get a smoke-free world or get tobacco wiped off of Earth (and neither one of those is gonna happen).
I can even test that theory by putting someone in an enclosed room with several cig smokers, and keep that person in there for hours. I bet that person would come outta the room alive. But if I had a vehicle running in that same enclosed room, I bet that person would die instantly from inhaling vehicle fumes.
