How long have people been around for?
Modern humans, the species homo sapiens, appeared 200 thousand years ago. Its hominin ancestors developed over the preceding 7 million years.
Do you prefer the religious story or the theory of evolution?
That man is a product of creation makes more sense than any other theory of the origin of man, e.g. evolution. The first book of the Holy Scriptures tells us that God created the first man, Adam. Genesis 1:1 states: "In [the] beginning God created the heavens and the earth." After the Grand Creator made all the necessities to support life he created man. The account of Genesis continues: "And God went on to say: "Let us make man in our image, according to our likeness, and let them have in subjection the fish of the sea and the flying creatures of the heavens and the domestic animals and all the earth and every moving animal that is moving upon the earth." And God proceeded to create the man in his image, in God's image he created him; male and female he created them. Further, God blessed them and God said to them: "Be fruitful and become many and fill the earth and subdue it, and have in subjection the fish of the sea and the flying creatures of the heavens and every living creature that is moving upon the earth." So here is the most satisfying explanation of man's origin. Hebrews 3:4 puts it simply: "Of course, every house is constructed by someone, but he that constructed all things is God".
What is the evolution of the marketing concept?
The production concept prevailed from the time of the industrial revolution until the early 1950's. The production concept was the idea that a firm should focus on those products that it could produce most efficiently and that the creation of a supply of low-cost products would in and of itself create the demand for the products. The key questions that a firm would ask before producing a product were: * Can we produce the product? * Can we produce enough of it? At the time, the production concept worked fairly well because the goods that were produced were largely those of basic necessity and there was a relatively high level of unfulfilled demand. Virtually everything that could be produced was sold easily by a sales team whose job it was simply to execute transactions at a price determined by the cost of production. The production concept prevailed into the late 1920's. == By the early 1960's however, mass production had become commonplace, competition had increased, and there was little unfulfilled demand. Around this time, firms began to practice the sales concept (or selling concept), under which companies not only would produce the products, but also would try to convince customers to buy them through advertising and personal selling. Before producing a product, the key questions were: * Can we sell the product? * Can we charge enough for it? The sales concept paid little attention to whether the product actually was needed; the goal simply was to beat the competition to the sale with little regard to customer satisfaction. Marketing was a function that was performed after the product was developed and produced, and many people came to associate marketing with hard selling. Even today, many people use the word "marketing" when they really mean sales.
The Product (orientation) concept 1970s till 1980s focus was the product and the effectiveness the development and research was at the forth front because of changed needs it was important to produce the right things and to be innovative. that means that the best product wins, which means getting the most sales.
== After World War II, the variety of products increased and hard selling no longer could be relied upon to generate sales. With increased discretionary income, customers could afford to be selective and buy only those products that precisely met their changing needs, and these needs were not immediately obvious. The key questions became: * What do customers want? * Can we develop it while they still want it? * How can we keep our customers satisfied? In response to these discerning customers, firms began to adopt the marketing concept, which involves: * Focusing on customer needs before developing the product * Aligning all functions of the company to focus on those needs * Realizing a profit by successfully satisfying customer needs over the long-term When firms first began to adopt the marketing concept, they typically set up separate marketing departments whose objective it was to satisfy customer needs. Often these departments were sales departments with expanded responsibilities. While this expanded sales department structure can be found in some companies today, many firms have structured themselves into marketing organizations having a company-wide customer focus. Since the entire organization exists to satisfy customer needs, nobody can neglect a customer issue by declaring it a "marketing problem" - everybody must be concerned with customer satisfaction. The marketing concept relies upon marketing research to define market segments, their size, and their needs. To satisfy those needs, the marketing team makes decisions about the controllable parameters of the marketing mix

I can understand why this question is still in the "Unanswered" section. It would be difficuclt and perhaps a somewhat controversial question to answer. Be that as it may I would put forward my answer for your consideration. From a religious point of view God is able to do anything with the material that is available to Him. This earth contains all of the material necessary to form man. Adam was formed from the dust of the earth as was his wife Eve. Though scripture tells us that it was from one of Adams ribs she was formed. This however is only figurative to mean that she will stand by his side in all things.
To this reader God can do anything providing He has the material to work with. After Adam and Eve were formed the normal way of procreating took place.
You may have in mind the theory of evolution, but to this reader such a start of the human race is not logical.
How did the visit to the Galapagos Islands affect Darwin's thoughts on evolution?
The observations he made on the island led Darwin to believe that organisms slowly adapt to their environment. This led him to form the survival of the fittest theory.
Darwin did not really mean survival of the fittest, he meant survival of the most adapt. For example, a faster and stronger gazelle could out run the cheetah, but still be caught, but a smarter and more intelligent gazelle could out wit the cheetah and survive. So it is in the end, survival of the most adapt.
Explain the role of mutations in evolution?
Mutations are the material upon which natural selection acts. Evolution is a two sided coin. One side is mutation; the other side is natural selection.
Without mutation there is no significant variation. Mutations are, however, ubiquitous. Every organism is a mutant. Evolution can be summarized as the non random survival of randomly varying replicators.

Where do you buy a core evolution machine?
I have one. I am Deanna Jackson and you can call me at 540 760-2022 hardly used!
Are there multiple theories of evolution?
No- only one. Darwin's Theory of Evolution:
•Natural Selection says that better qualities of a specie goes to the next generation and the species becomes better over time; the species that fitted the nature best; served to make new species through mutation and cross breeding.
Evolution is a scientific concept put forward by Charles Darwin that all the species of animale have originated from a common ancestor and changed over time to the present situation. Evolution is the changing of a specie to a new form with cross breeding and mutations. There are different theories of the Evolution. Servival of the Fittest is one theory. It says that in the Evolution, the species that fitted the nature best; servided to make new species through mutation and cross breeding. Natural Selection the other most important theory says that better qualities of a specie goes to the next generation and the species becomes better over time. It is so simple that the human kind have evolved through time. Now we have the Internet, TV, Trains, Aeroplanes. Things people lived centuries ago never could imagine. It is the evotution of mankind. If you look at some very old botanical directory and compare with the plants at this time, you will notice small changes happened through the time.
What were the sources of evidence Darwin used for his theory of evolution?
Darwin used various sources of evidence to support his theory of evolution, including the fossil record showing patterns of species change over time, comparative anatomy and embryology showing similarities between different species, biogeography illustrating patterns of species distribution, and selective breeding experiments demonstrating artificial selection. Additionally, he observed natural variations within species and proposed the mechanism of natural selection to explain how advantageous traits become more prevalent in a population over generations.
Cosmopolitan theory is a political and ethical theory that promotes the idea of global citizenship and emphasizes the interconnectedness of all people across the world. It calls for greater cooperation among nations, a focus on universal human rights, and a rejection of narrow nationalism in favor of a more inclusive and egalitarian approach to global governance.
Living things
Extinct means there are no living members of the species. For example, the dodo bird is extinct. Dodo birds are extinct because they have all been killed and there are none left to continue the species.
Species can become extinct naturally, or by the action of a new or introduced species, or by human activities such as loss of habitat or over hunting.
Geology
A volcano that is not expected to erupt again can be called "extinct" as opposed to "dormant" meaning that it could possibly erupt again.
like animals after a while it goes extinct which means no more species of that kind and will not come again for that species
The definition of extinct is the end of an organism or group of organisms, normally a species.
Who contributed to the theory of evolution?
The scientists Charles Darwin and Alfred Russel Wallace both contributed to the theory of evolution at approximately the same time, although Wallace was held back by his tendency to advocate spiritualism.
What is the theory of lamarck?
Lamarck's theory, known as Lamarckism, proposed that organisms can pass on acquired characteristics to their offspring. He believed that traits acquired during an individual's lifetime through its interactions with the environment could be inherited by future generations. However, this theory has been largely discredited by modern genetic research.
How relevant is the evolution of management theories in modern day organizations?
Management theories remain relatively consistent through the test of time. The social behaviors of people do not change too drastically despite years passing by. However, with the emergence of generation y into the working field and with social media booming it has become necessary to revamp some of the management styles within modern day organizations. Nothing too drastic, but since new roles are being developed, new management styles are needed to oversee these new roles (such as social media etc.)

What is the hypersurfaces theory?
A hypersurface is "an n-dimensional manifold embedded in an n+1 dimensional space" (from http://www.mathpages.com/home/kmath520/kmath520.htm). A manifold is space that close up, appears Euclidean (normal high school geometry) but but be more complicated as a whole. For example, the earth is spherical, more or less, but the closer you get, the more it looks like a two-dimensional surface. Thus, a hyperspace is a surface that exists in a place one dimension higher than what it is. A line on a graph is an example, it is one-dimensional but exists in a two-dimensional world.
How would Lamarck and Darwin have explained the a duck's webbed feet?
As a results of duck of geneticVariation in duck population.
*some had webbed feet than others
*as results of not having webbed feet to compete for their food
*duck with unWebbed feet Died
*duck with Webbed feet Survive this called Natural Selection
*The characteristics of Webbed feet acquired and pass on to the subsequently generations
*All duck had webbed feet
How does natural selection work to produce multi-drug-resistant tuberculosis?
TB bacteria vary. When exposed to an antibacterial drug, some variants may tolerate it well, while others may not, due to the vagaries of their varying biochemistries. Those that do tolerate it will out-reproduce those that do not, and will tend to become more and more common variants. But further variation is being accumulated all the time. Along comes another drug, and the process repeats itself.
All bacteria, as are all organisms, are variants and some of these variants are resistant to antibiotics. So, a population of bacteria, in their immediate environment, are subjected to an antibiotic and most succumb. So, the resistant, survive the onslaught ( are naturally selected ) and reproduce progeny that are also resistant to the antibiotic. So, allele frequency shifts and evolution occurs die to the adaptive change conferred on the progeny population by natural selection.
Brain coral live mostly in the Pacific Ocean, Indian Ocean, and Red Sea. These coral reproduce asexually, which means that they do not need and egg and sperm to reproduce.
Why should you go to a rainforest?
We need to save the rain forest because rain forests are the lungs of the World. If we cut Trees then the Global Warming will be high. In these case we need to save trees and forest and one other reason is if we cut the forest the wild animals didn't get shelter so they will start to begin in cities
All the species of finches on the Galapagos Islands appear morphologically very similar, varying mostly in terms of beak size and behavior; they all look very much like a species of finch from the mainland of South America. This suggests that all the finches on the Galapagos are descended from one original colonist species that went through an adaptive radiation. Because of the small, isolated environment of the Galapagos, the finches have become the topic of extensive study into natural selection. The studies that have been conducted on the finches show strong selection for larger beaks during droughts. These data show that climatic changes can have profound effects on the morphology of a species and potentially lead to the formation of new species. When Darwin visited the Galapagos, he observed and collected some of the finch species, believing that they represented a very diverse set of birds that were not closely related. Their significance was not recognized until later, when ornithologist John Gould pointed out that the birds were all closely related finches (Desmond and Moore 1991). But because Darwin originally collected some of the specimens and because the finches showed so much evidence for evolution and natural selection, they have been dubbed "Darwin's finches." This has led many people to conclude (mistakenly) that Darwin's theory of evolution was specifically inspired by the finches
The zoologist Thomas Bell showed that the Galápagos tortoises were native to the islands. By mid-March, Darwin was convinced that creatures arriving in the islands had become altered in some way to form new species on the different islands, and investigated transmutation while noting his speculations in his "Red Notebook" which he had begun on the Beagle. In mid-July, he began his secret "B" notebook on transmutation
Why did plants need to evolve adaptations for hot arid climates?
Plants in hot deserts have to adapt in order to live. Here are some possible adaptations: Some have tiny thorns of their exterior, to prevent predators from eating it. Large stems, may store large amounts of water, as water may be hard to come by. Wide spreading/long roots, alowing plants to gather water found in the ground. Coated leaves, prevent water from escaping the plants, and from burning. Plants must adapt to the hot climate and conditions in order for the plant to live. the hot sun could easily burn and kill the plant and therefore the plant must protect itself. :)
