That depends on where you are flagging them, in a chatroom or in private messages. In a chatroom, at the end of their post there should be a little pic of a flag you can click. A message will appear sayig 'Would you like to flag this user? If enough people flag this user, they will be banned form the group.' Click 'yes.' In PM's, While you have them on the chat page, look under their picture (avatar) and click the button that says 'Innapropriate?'
