If the person is very injured, they most likely will be in too much pain to respond to anything, so just go get help.

If the person has, for example, fallen down, you would say something like "are you okay?"

BFF, I thought that meant Best Friend Forever but as it turns out, it really means Best Faux Friend, or is it Best Friend For Now (until someone else comes along). The reason I say this is because of the evidence I find in all of the questions about BFFs.

Yes it is completely wrong. I went to church with my best friend one time and it was my first time at her church. We were looking at a sign up sheet for girls with a guy's name on it "Seth" And she was like "He only put his name on there because I did. He wants to date me but I don't like him" and when i saw him i was like WHOA! he was hot, funny and nice. everytime i thot about him i got a kick in the stomache. well, the next time i went to church with her she was all "Seth is mine" and i was like "whatever, i don't like him anymore," (i lied BTW i still like him) well she didnt believe me so she was walking down the hall w/ him after church and when she saw me she held his hand and hugged him like she was some ho cause she tld me she liked another guy that afternoon called CJ now she all about SETH (PS her church is at nite :) . well then after (this was on a Wednesday) Wednesday school class we were just watching some dudes playing football. we were getting along just great and i forgot all about her in the hallway until everyone left and there was just her, me, and seth. well we walked out of the gym and n2 the hallway becuz we were gonna scare seth since all the lites were out. we jumped out and scared him and i was about to leave... but i herd them talking back where i left so i went back there. i herd my friend say "Can i have a kiss?" to seth and i was all UH-UH! they just made sound effects at first but then she was all "No, a real one" then they kissed rite in front of me and i was about to cry becuz i have been single 4 practically my whole life and she has been single for probably the first five years of her life then she started dating and getting a new boyfriend every other day. it sux tht she couldn't let me have this one guy tht i relly relly liked (and maybe even loved) for a chance. but shes 2 self centered to do tht. i don't no if i shood stop being her friend or forget this ever happened. im confused. help me.

It really depends on whether its an old friend and what gender.

If it's an old friend and it's a girl you should really suspect something, 'cause maybe he has some feelings that he never expressed. If it's an old friend and it's a guy, then its one of those bromance things.

If you're buying her lunch then of course she'll feel bad. She's using your money to buy something for her, so I would feel bad if I were in her situation
