Richmond Park. That's the one with the deer.
Often Hyde Park is thought to be the largest but it's not even close. This misconception is due to the less than well known fact that the area commonly thought of as Hyde Park is actually two parks, Hyde Park and Kensington gardens. If you zoom in far enough on Google maps, it will show you the difference.

Can local concession passes be used on London buses?
I assume you mean the London Transport 'Travel Card' and for that you do not have to be a resident of London to purchase a travelcard. The travelcard is good for busses and the London Underground and can be purchased for zone 1 and 2 or all zones. It can be purchased through AAA Auto Club in the US, through the London Transport and from select stops in the London Undeground system. You will need a photo ID and that can be done at no additional charge at selected stations like Oxford Circus tube station etc and they can be purchased for as short amount of time as a week or up to a year I believe. If you use a tourist type travelcard, you are restricted from using the tube during morning rush hour on the card which ends at 9:30 am so the first trip to get your photo will cost you like $1.80 for the ride and if you want to leave before 9:30 am on a tourist rate travelcard then you need to buy a proper ticket for that particular use. Make sure not to go beyond your zone on other than all zones travelcards as you will be charged a 10 pound ($16) on the spot fine. I am not a travel agent and I live in the US so that is as close as I can remember from when I used the system. The travelcard can be used on busses and the tube and is unlimited excluding the restrictions i listed above, good luck, enjoy the bus trips.
