Fell asleep on your arm woke up and it was numb and forearm has been hurting?
When you fall asleep and your arm or other limb goes numb, it's because the nerves and circulation were being pinched to the point where you lose feeling in the limb. Sometimes if you sleep on it with pressure in the right (or in this case, wrong) spot, it can pinch the nerve to the point that it gets slightly injured. If you were asleep for some time, the longer it's being pinched the more pressure it took, and the more likely it was injured.
The only thing you can do is just let it heal itself - it'll take some time, but eventually it should go back to normal. Unless of course you keep falling asleep on it the same way....
What is the function of parotid duct?

If you're the one in pain, you are what's called a masochist. There are several theories about this. * In the normal human body, pain triggers the release of endorphins -- natural opiates -- that help you to manage the pain. If you've ever stubbed your toe, you've probably noticed this. According to one theory, masochists are "hooked" on their own endorphins. * The pain is associated with childhood experiences of being physically punished and then forgiven. * The ability to endure the pain is proof of masculinity. Truth is, there are probably as many explanations as there are masochists. If you enjoy inflicting pain on others, you are what's called a sadist. Again, there are probably as many explanations for sadism as there are sadists. There are responsible ways to play with pain fetishes. Obviously, the most important issue is consent. You have to be able to trust each other. Both you and your playmate have to be able to say "no". And both of you have to be able to listen and stop the game.
Your described symptoms are consistent with an infection - you probably either didn't clean it before bandaging it or it's become dirty since. In either case, you need to get it cleaned out immediately. If you're already showing pus blisters (the white bumps) it's already pretty well infected and you should get to your doctor to have them look at it, and soon. If you let it go without cleaning and proper treatment, at the very least you could lose either part or all of your finger. Worst case you could get blood poisoning from the infection and get very sick, and even die if it's bad enough.
Infections are nothing to be trifled with - get to your doctor now.

When do you know you need to go to therapy?
In general, if you're already asking, it's past time to go already. There's a general time frame for healing after an injury or operation, but most doctors want their patients in therapy at the earliest possible time the patient is physically able. The problem for most is mental rather than just physical though - our brain doesn't want us to do things that cause pain, and after being through a traumatic injury or operation dealing with increased pain levels, it also exacerbates the problem. It's a real problem for many people like myself who have dealt with constant extreme pain levels for many years. When we feel relatively normal, our brain keeps us from doing things that lead to pain again. As the muscles become weaker, physical activity gets harder and there's more pain when you exercise the affected area. This is why therapy is prescribed early on in treatment, because the longer you wait to begin, the harder it becomes to start and complete. Don't underestimate the power of the mind to keep you from doing what you need to do.
Just remember that the longer you put it off, the worse you'll be and the longer it will take you to recover.
Darvon is an analgesic containing propoxyphene. It has been taken off the market in the U.S. for safety reasons. Also, it is worthless.
It means you strained your ACL, but most likely not enough to make your knee unstable. "Frank rupture" means the ligament is torn in half and isn't holding your tibia (lower leg bone) in stable relationship to your femoral condyles (upper leg bone) - that would make the knee wobbly and it would give out on you easily.
This "strain" may still be associated with a meniscus tear(s) or another ligament like the MCL could be torn too. You'll be needing a brace for 6-8 weeks and the best treatment would be early physical therapy - preferably in a pool environment for the first 3-4 weeks to let things heal without the stresses of full weight-bearing.
That ACL injury will mean it will be weak (more prone to injury) for 3-4 months, so take it a bit easy.

It is spelled 'sciatica'. It is a pain in lower back, radiating through the whole leg to the toes. It is extremely painful. One usually required trigger point shots, or, in worse cases, epidural injections directly into the spine. Strong pain killers are usually prescribed.
On the natural side, gentle exercises and stretching help a lot.
wear a long sleeved shirt. and STOP CUTTING YOURSELF. Talk to your friends and your mom and tell them how you feel.
actually why worry about it just say you had some accident and got it. But it should remind you how silly your act was and not to repeat the same. Every one goes thru bad time and injuring oneself is not the solution next time please talk to your mother or other person with whom you are comfortable with.

What do I do when I have a problem with my anus?
It depends on the problem. If you have hemorrhoids, itching, or anal bleeding, there are over the counter products to address those problems. If that doesn't help, you should see a doctor. In addition, do note that there are serious problems that may seem like hemorrhoids, include an anal hernia, and these conditions need medical attention.
If you are constipated, there are a number of over the counter products you can use for this. You may prefer to try the more "natural" or herbal remedies and fiber first. If the problem continues or you have a blockage, or you have small and irregularly shaped stools which are difficult to remove, then you should see a doctor. Dealing with this problem may help prevent other problems.
