Racism is a type of prejudice towards a certain racial group, usually a minority. People can carry out unjust acts towards these people through limited citizenship rights, social discrimination, hate crimes, etc. This type of prejudice still exists in many parts of the world.

Why do some Whites believe that the White race is currently subject to a genocide?
While their perception is incorrect (there is no genocide of Whites), the reason that they have it is the rapid increase in population of Non-White People, especially in the Third World and in the First World via immigration. However, decreasing as a percentage of local population is not a genocide.
A genocide requires the proof of two distinct claims. The first one is that there must be a significant amount of unnatural deaths of a certain ethnic group or groups which are causally linked to a different ethnic group or governmental power. The second is that these unnatural deaths must be carried out in a systematic way as to insure the elimination or vast reduction in size of the "undesirable" ethnicity.
As there are no significant amount of unnatural White deaths, it is impossible to prove either part. If Whites became more fertile, relatively speaking, the White population would rise more in-line with other racial groups. This lack of fertility in the White population has to do with older ages for marriage and fewer children being born in White families. As a result, it is completely within Whites' power to change their birthrates.
Waste Segregation is dividing waste into dry and wet groups. Dry includes woods, metals and glass. Wet usually means organic matter.

Racism, for some non whites, takes on the adage of what doesn't kill you makes you stronger. It made many non whites stronger; it also psychologically killed many others. Racism, for many whites, gives them a real sense of entitlement (power) and thereby unifies the group's phenotype for maintenance of that entitlement.
