If you look at a website dedicated in honor of the late Richard Browne (Prince Charming in the Live Radio Music Hall version of Snow White) where it talks about the masks and their construction..... It talks about how the masks were reconstructed to hold up better against time and how they would better show off the colorful characters for the play. The site gives reference to the fact that the new construction's unfortunate side effect was an almost vacuum seal that caused many of the dancing "seven dwarves" to hyperventilate, so they tried to correct the problem. (Didn't say whether they fixed it or not.)

Get the 'U' shaped radio removal tools (Wal-Mart or auto parts store just a few dollars). Follow the directions or: Squeeze the tool enough to insert the two ends (at the same time) into the two holes on the far left (right) of the radio face plate until they lock in (about 1-1.5 inches). Then do the same thing on the other side. Grasping both tools at the same time push in to the center and pull out. Then unplug the antennae and other connections and you are done.

Get in to your local Radio Shack when they aren't busy and talk to the staff. Most of the staff there have a personal interest in electronics and if you get lucky, you'll find one that may have information to help you.

Next, try telephone calls and emails to RCA. Even if they only release circuit diagrams to dealers, you might be able to talk to someone who can let you know the values of the resistors you are after.

Finally, find a forum that discusses electronic repairs and equipment. Get the right forum and there will be someone who may have detailed knowledge of the product.

Hello, Jamison here, Some cars have radios that are aimed at preventing theft, A default code is needed when the radio loses its CONSTANT power supply from the battery, This can be from the battery going DEAD for any reason it may have,or from the battery or radio being removed from the car. The radio will not come on until the code is entered. this is to keep someone from stealing your radio and installing it in another car. Hitting it is not going to fix it - that will only make matters worse. A possible problem is a loose connection inside the radio or in the dash. Remove the radio and check all its wiring and the connecting wiring that leads to the radio. You'll need an Ohmeter.
