Without a lot more information it's hard to say. Your description fits with injestion of something your child is allergic to. Well, you should see a doctor perhaps.... If you're young, tell your mom about it. Maybe you should stop sleeping in your bra. And you should change it every day or at least every two days....especially in summer when you sweat...at least rinse it out.....
