Yes, Williams-Sonoma had sold Orange-Cranberry and Apple-Orange Cranberry relishes, and may do so again, it may be a seasonal thing. Several recipe websites also give simple recipes for making your own. Basically the recipes go something like this.
Boil 1 lb cranberries in 2 cups water until the berries burst open [keep berries covered in water]. Add 1 cup orange juice [or one whole orange(no seeds)], 1 tbs orange zest, 1/2 to 1 cup sugar, 1/4 tsp allspice, and a pinch of salt. Simmer, stirring occasionally, for 20 minutes to blend flavors. chill and serve cold. If you want it to jell more add 1 packet apple pectin when you simmer it. There are different recipes but basically similar to this.
According to Lea & Perrins' website, one of the leading manufacturers of this sauce, it is not necessary to keep the sauce in the fridge but to do so may help preserve some of its flavour.

Relish is a mechanical mixture, because if you look at it, you can see that there is a liquid-like substance and then the green stuff. In addtion to that, the definition of a mechanical mixture is : a mixture in which two or more different parts can be seen with the unaided eye. And because you can see 2 different parts of relish, it would be considered a mechanical mixture
