How can you use similes with the words question shark attack electric squirrrel?

Actually, yes and no. You are allowed to use ANY word in a simile as long as it includes like or as. But you can't compare attack or electric with anything.

Here are some examples:

1. The teacher's question was as hard as a rock.

2. The aquarium's shark was as big as a whale.

3. Her heart attack was like a car accident.

4. The electric shock was as hot as lava.

5. The squirrel ran as fast as a cheetah up the tree.

These may not be good examples but I hoped they helped you out a little bit. :)

Good luck!

Why is a moth drawn to a flame?

It is because moths are drawn to virtually any source of light. Hence the reason why most of them get caught in bugzappers. Same reason mosquitoes are attracted to more people with brighter clothing. We all know that moths are drawn to virtually any source light; the question was WHY? I suspect that the REASON is because they are DIURNAL creatures, meaning daytime critters, versus nocturnal [night]. Therefore, in the dark or low light levels, they see light sources as where they want to be. Of course not being capable of cognition they fly to, and into a flame, thinking they are going into daylight. Not sure who claims moths are diurnal. Moths are nocturnal. At least according to Cecil Adams. Read his findings on this question here: http://www.straightdope.com/classics/a5_038.html

How can 'allegory' be explained and recognized in a story?

An allegory refers to the use of symbols. Symbols can be seen, and are used to represent things that can't be seen or can't be done. But the use of symbols makes it look like these particular things can be seen or done.

For example, God appears to Adam and Eve as a formless, invisible Voice. The Voice actually represents the all powerful God, who sees but can't be seen, speaks and can be spoken to. In the way of another example, the sinister serpent speaks in Genesis 3:1, 4-5. But slithering snakes don't speak. In Genesis, the slimy serpent actually represents the Devil, who has the power of speech.
