My doctor believes me to be allergic to sulfa as every medication that I have had with sulfa I end up in hives. I was just talking with my sister and we think that the sulfur in the well water has also affected me. Symptoms that I have had that I feel could be linked: headache, fatigue (extreme sometimes), muscle aches, rashes including yeast infection on my foot, thumb and mouth at times, and blemishes. I did one time live in an area where I had city water... I had energy and a clear complexion and never any of the symptoms above. I live back in rural well area and suffer with these all the time. This was recently discovered and have to had a chance to speak to the doctor. I don't even drink the water. I just use it to cook and shower. I buy bottled water that's been filtered.

Dr. Gilner is now retired. I was a patient of his and recently attempted to contact him for a friend who has terrible allergies. I was explaining to my friend what wonders Dr. Gilner worked for me over nearly 20 years ago now. I used to get sick anytime the seasons would change, but after going through treatments at his clinic, It has been since that time that I have not had any reactions whatsoever- not even with all of the pollen we have had lately.
I attempted to contact him and spoke directly with him to find out that he had retired.

No, not necessarily. You may be allergic to the dyes or inactive ingredients in Metoprolol that is or may not be found in another beta blocker or even in another generic Metoprolol.
You should double check with your doctor or pharmacist because there is also a chance that you may be one of the few people that cannot tolerate a beta blocker due to health conditions and other factors.
A dog that is stung, particularly on the face or in the mouth by a bee may very well have a strong reaction much like a person with swelling. I always keep children's formula of Benadryl on my dog first aid shelf. A call to the vet to ask how much to give would be in order. As a rule, it's not serious and the Benadryl will take the swelling away in short order. Discourage your dog from biting at bees! Other insect bites can also be bad and even worse than a bee sting. YES! Some can be highly allergic. My dog broke out in hives(lumps under his skin, red marks on his belly) after just one honeybee sting. If I hadn't gotten him to the vet within 20 minutes, he would have died. Since they don't make epi-pens for dogs - the vet told me to give him 2 cortisone pills AND a benadryl right away.

I found success by first gargling with a salty solution to clear mucus from my throat. I then pulled down the accumulated mucus in my nasal passages into my throat and then spit it out through my mouth. Fortunately, that problem has only happened once in over twenty years of from four to ten cats temporarily or permanently in our home.
