All of the patients denied using TCAs, but were forthcoming regarding their drug use. A quetiapine trough blood level was also obtained on the same morning that the urine toxicology screens were performed and the results paralleled the TCA toxicology findings, i.e., when subjects showed quetiapine in their serum (5.1 to 85 ng/ml), they tested positive for TCAs. However, when two of the subjects were non-adherent to their medications and their quetiapine levels were undetectable, their toxicology screens were negative for TCAs. After these two patients were encouraged to take their medications and had detectable quetiapine levels, they once again tested positive for TCIt looks like Seroquel will show up as a positive for TCA panel.

I currently take 80mg straterra, 70mg vyvanse (a speed-derived drug like adderall), and 10mg lexapro (an ssri like paxil, luvox, etc) and it is working great!
before I started vyvanse, I was taking straterra with lexapro and adderall: about 40 mg of adderall daily.
taking too much adderall caused me to be very anxious, self-conscious, and almost paranoid. when I reduced adderall to about 20 mg/day, as well as when I switched over to vyvanse, things smoothed out much better.
i should add that I was smoking a decent amount of medical marijuana at for most of this period too, which probably increased the paranoia....
I have since stopped the pot, and things are very smooth.
Just my personal experience, your results may vary, but whatever you do, be very cafeful with adderall!!! I had a mild psychotic episode where I thought everyone was out to get me, I couldn't leave home, and I am a "normal" person!

At first, it worked just like above. After doing it maybe a dozen times, my veins clogged up each time, causing large blood blisters and widespread local anesthesia (i.e. entire forearm), with pain just outside the reach of the numbness. It also hardened my veins, up and down, so now I'm left with my hand veins as viable for other substances. I find the resulting solution of Wellbutrin after being crushed and mixed with water is viscous and slippery to the touch. When in contact with blood, the blood seems to congeal quickly. This is a bad idea, unless one could produce a less dense solution.
