PTSD and symptoms varies due to all different types of situations that cause the trauma in the first place. Just because something exists doesn't mean there's an official word for the fear of it. If it ever developed that some poor sap was actually afraid of constellations (it's a pretty abstract concept to be afraid of), his psychiatrist would undoubtedly coin a word for it and write it up in some obscure journal, but to the best of my knowledge, this has never happened.
