Yes, Kelly is currently single. And because of the B5 clan, who now go under Audio being back in preparation for a musical comeback, they don't have time to date. Dustin and Patrick both made that clear in a more recent interview with Disney.

I would like to offer another answer if I may. The way the question was worded leads me to believe the person wanted to know what "RACE" is appropriate or recognized if the Father is black and the Mother is white. The question of race still appears on Birth Certificates, school entry's, college loan applications, school grants and the Census Bureau just to name a few so it is a very determinable factor. However the Standards of classifications are in the process of being revised with the public's help.

You cannot pick a "race", you are who you are. People of mixed heritage as mentioned in the Standards for classification as of 1989 were able to identify themselves by the race of the Mother. Before this date the race was determined by the Father.
Classifications of race in the US can prove to be very useful for certain individuals in many different instances. In everything I have read about him it seems he was a stubborn man and rather obsessive about many things. It is obvious he loved his wife and children, but when she wrote him about what to do if the British came through their area while he was away fighting for independence he wrote back that she and the children should go hide in the woods. I think that is a bit weak. He firmly believed in the Federalist position and when he signed the Alien and Sedition Acts he was trying to keep opponents quiet and to "get rid" of people ( mainly French immigrants) he saw as a problem. It was his wife that gave him balance and would convince him that he needed to step back a bit from a position he had taken and wouldn't move from. I would count his stubborn nature his main weakness.
The fact that he followed George Washington hurt him. Unlike Washington, he was short and fat and did not look like a President. However, he demanded to be treated like royalty and this annoyed people around him.
