Under the back seat, passenger side. To get to it, you must grip under the cushion of the backseat (near the floor, not seatbelts) and pull upwards. There are three latches that you must disengage on the left middle and right. it requires a nice amount of strength to do it, but it can be done, usually standing up in the back facing the seat gives nice leverage.
