Will bread left in the bread machine after its done get soggy?

No, it won't get soggy. I always leave my bread in the machine for awhile after it is done baking so it can cool down. It's much easier to remove after it has cooled. All the moisture has been absorbed, and the bread is baked at that point, so there is nothing to make it soggy.

Is Bread man bread maker model TR 550 obsolite?

The Breadman Model TR550B was made around 1996, and therefore is no longer made. HArd to get replacement parts - I was given this breadmaker (in 2013) in "unused condition" BUT without the kneading blade, so cannot use it yet, am looking at parts on eBay for about $15. They have drive belts as well, and these can get worn out, so do not buy an old used one without knowing you will likely have issues soon.

What are some breads without preservatives?

Any bread can be made without preservatives- it will need to be consumed or frozen within a few days, or it starts to grow mold. "Artisan" breads- made at a local bakery that sells them directly to consumers usually do not have preservatives. Check with the bakery. Even better- learn how to bake (it is really not hard- I do it) and make some bread of your own. That way you know exactly what you put in it- and nothing tastes as good as bread warm from the oven.
