Hi! I just got finished with training at Panera Bread and I have to tell you it's wonderful. Everyone there is amazing, and the trainers are, once again, wonderful. You get paid for training, which made me happy. It really depends on what you're training for. I'm a cashier so we learned how to package up the unsold breads and bakery items to be delivered and how to handle transactions and things like that.
