Its about control, he knows he has no power over you now which is why he is so angry. Switch off your phone and stay with friend, go out and have fun, you deserve it. First, you need to ask yourself why would you want her back? It's probably the reason you two broke up. And if she is a narcissist, people like that don't usually change. Especially if it's for someone else. For that type of person, it will always be about them. What they want, what they need, how they feel etc... If you're asking this question then you havent learned. you want her back tell her you adore her and that its ok if she cheats on you at any time. tell her she can use you, lie to you and basically abuse and dump you at will. That may do it.
