Its better to not leave one to jump right into another as most times it doesn't favour well. Take sometime for yourself and just date this "crush" as you may find your feelings are not necessarily for this crush but just a reason to leave the other.

Because they don't realise how amazing the woman is when they are with them as they get use to the love and comfort they give them and start taking it for granted, or start mistaking their kindness for weakness, and think the grass is greener, and dump them - only to regret it later. You should cherish amazing women as they are hard to find that's what makes them so amazing, most of the time they get snapped up soon.

You are not alone in this world. At some point in time everybody loses someone that was dear to them. We have to look to others to find strength and compassion. In the bible Psalm 23 verse 4 says, "Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will not be afraid, for you are close beside me." I have lost many loved ones in my life and my strength comes from God and Jesus. Do not be afraid. Your life has more meaning than you could imagine.

You have a classic case of guilt. The only way to get over it is to face it. Stop your ex when you see him/her and ask if you can call sometime to talk. Appologize and let him/her know you feel bad for everything and that you needed to get it off your shoulders. Whether your ex forgives you or not doesn't matter, it is the confession that lifts the burden. If you continue feeling guilt and not resolving this matter, your health will suffer.

First of all I'm a 17 year old male. I have had my fair share of unhealthy relationships and those horrible exs that won't leave you alone. First of all the way I would handle it is tell him what went wrong. Tell him to be more involved in the other woman's life and leave you alone. if every time someone brings him/her up it seems like a touchy subject this could be because your not fully over him/her or because you subconsciously don't want to remember him/her. sometimes you feel like you've made a mistake in leaving this person and so you try your hardest to not ever return to that place of remembering old memories, good or bad! if your not over this person, and some one else brings up the subject simply tell the person you'd rather not talk about it or quickly change the topic!
