My sister's 2002 has the same problem. The first thing I would try is to change the fuse- look on the right side of the panel next to the glove box (if it is not there, check your owners manual). If you change the fuse and it immediately blows again then it is likely a short. I am still looking for a wiring diagram to try to locate it.

You may have a leak in the heater core. The Heater core is located inside of the car in a box (usually on the passenger side) The leak may be coming from the heater core, and down thru the drain hose (same hose for a/c condensation drainage). If its on the passenger side and its coolant that might be it. The easiest way to check is to use a pressure tester. With a COLD ENGINE I repeat COLD ENGINE you pressurize the cooling system (approx 12 to 14 PSI) and then look for leaks. Hope this helps.

My problem was a twist in the very beginning of the belt. I used a little WD-40 on the outside of the wheels retracting the belt. It took about 15 minutes but I was able to keep tugging on the belt until it released. I slowly pulled out the entire belt and voila there was a twist at the very beginning. Once the belt is fully extent you should see a label which faces upward. It works fine now.
