I hate to tell you, but you need to remove the bumper. Awful, awful vehicle the Lucerne is.They should have named it Lucifer. Google and you will find diagrams, etc. to help you out. Sell it soon. Save you sanity.

Remove the long black plastic trim on the trunk rail. Remove the three nuts holding on the trail light assembly, and pull out. Remove the bad bulb and reinstall.

If it is the bulb in the trunk lid, all you have to do is remove the padding and change the bulb.

Normally just refilling your washer fluid reservoir will reset the message alert. If this don't work then it has to do with the sensor in the reservoir tank. But the next step u want to try is to disconnect the battery for about 20 minutes. Just like a Cadillac the battery is located under the back bottom seat. The bottom part of seat will pop right out and back in very easy. If that fails then the only problem left is that sensor in the washer fluid tank which is located at the front right passenger side of car under the hood. It is the only thing that has electric wires running to the tank. Check the connections and if they are connected in good then it is most definitely a faulty sensor. Get a new one at local part store. Good luck

Remove the two or three plastic nuts in the corner where you are changing the bulb. Pull back the felt liner and then remove the three 10mm nuts. The light assembly can then come out for you to change the bulb.

If you have a 3.8 liter engine, the reservoir is hidden beneath the alternator on the backside of the engine. You can get to the cap and check the fluid level, but they don't make it too easy. Be careful not to drop the cap, because it can be difficult to retrieve.

If it isn't the 3.8 liter engine, then the power steering reservoir is right at the top of the engine on the left side (when looking at the engine from the front of the car). It either works or it doesnt. Check the fuse and the connection under the seat. If both are ok, the heating coil is probably dead. About $700 to fix.

Basically no. The TPM info is programmed into a computer of the car if it has it from the factory. The only possible way is to have the dealer reprogram that computer to change it to a car that does not have TPM. TechJK ------------------------------------------
