The fuse for the windshield washer pump is located in the fuse box under the hood right next to where the filler neck for the washer fluid is. Press in the three clips that hold the fuse cover to remove it. It is a 15 amp fuse located in the F12 (?) position.

Assuming you mean for the wheels..... start with any one, and just snug it, go around the wheel studs, skip the next one, snug the next, skip the next, and snug the next, until they are all snug. Then using a torque wrench, do the same...torque every second one to 100lb, until they are all tight.

Press the outside 2 buttons on the Homelink simultaneously until the begin to blink. Once they do, release the buttons. Now hold the button you wish to program, and simultaneously hold the button from your old garage remote until the light begins blinking rapidly (the Homelink and old remote should be within 1 foot). The rear fuse block is located under the rear seat on the driver side. The rear seat cushion must be removed to access the rear fuse block.

The underhood fuse block is located on the passenger side of the engine compartment.

First...ensure you have the remote start option.

Second.. you have to lock the car with the remote and then hold down the start button

Third... Make sure the battery is good in the remote fob.

Press the lock button and wait for the turn signals to cooperate. Press and hold down the remote start button until the turn signals light up and the Buick should start up.
