Most fast food is not designed to be kept in the fridge for later use, so the quality won't be very good if not eaten immediately. Leftovers stay "good" until the person eating it considers it no longer palatable. But there's no point in keeping it more than a day or two.

From a food safety viewpoint, handle fast food as any other. It should not be unrefrigerated for more than 2 hours, but less is even better.
