How do you replace a headlight in a 2000 cadillac deville?
There are 3 bolts (#10 metric) that must be removed, 2 on top of the assembly and 1 on the bottom-inside. They are easy to see. After these bolts are removed the headlight assembly must be pried off the last connector which is located on the fender side. It will take some force and I recommend using a small pry bar. Once the assembly is removed there is a cover that has to be opened on the back. Once this is open the headlight bulbs are visible as well as the turn signal bulb. Then simply twist out the bulb then the wiring connector has to be removed. Be sure and bend the plastic catch away then pull the connector off.
The top bulb is the low beam, bottom bulb the high beam.

I would not advise to attempt to repair it unless you knew what you were doing.
Try switching out the relay for the fuel pump. the pump seems ok but its not getting voltage while plugged in. If its not the relay it might be the fuel pump fuse. It could be something else in the circuit

If the engine will not turn over, it is either the starter, battery, connections, ignition switch, or starter solenoid. Some starters have the solenoid built into the starter. Test the battery, and all connections. Remove the starter and have it tested at any auto parts store.
