Which candy bar has the most sugar in it?

Although it may be better to chew a piece of sugar-free gum, you still can eat a candy bar. There are many factors to consider when determining which candy bar has the most sugar in it because fun-size (tiny) candy bar would clearly have less sugar in it than a regular full size candy bar or even those jumbo candy bars. Most of the average size candy bars have a lot of sugar in them.

The ones that have the most sugar in them would be:

Junior Mints (32 grams of sugar)

M&M's Milk Chocolate (31 grams of sugar)

Skittles (47 grams of sugar)

Hershey's Milk Chocolate (31 grams of sugar)

Milky Way (35 grams of sugar)

3 Musketeer's (40 grams of sugar)

Snickers (30 grams of sugar)

When looking out for the amount of sugar in food, you should also consider trying to avoiding trans fat, watching calories, and limiting saturated fat. Chewy fruit candy such as starbursts and skittles typically contain more sugar than candy bars do.

How did the candy bar whatchamacallit get its name?

I named the Whatchamacallit candy bar, but unfortunately I can not prove that… but here is my story. I was working a store that sold Hershey's products. One day the sales person came in and off the cuff asked me if I were to name a candy bar, what would I call it. I had just been joking with a customer about going into a hardware store and asking for a "Whatchamacallit" because I could not remember its name - so I told him a "Whatchamacallit" and gave my reasons. A while later he came in and told me they were test marketing my candy bar in a certain area and if it did well they would market it. It was not long before he came in and presented me with a case of candy bars to which he proclaimed "Congratulations, here is your candy bar." I have contacted Hershey's with dates and places just to confirm my story - nothing more… but they wrote me back and said they had no idea of where the name came from. I always had figured it was a contest with the sales reps where they would submit a name and my rep just happened to like what I had said. This is my story - I so wish I could prove it… but I have no doubt that I was responsible for the name.

it usually says on the back, but dark (healthy due to nutrients) range from 570 to 600 kcal per 100g, and milk chocolate ( all sugar and fats) 500 to 530 usually.

How much caffeine does a mars bar have?

Milk chocolate has very little caffeine. Generally only dark chocolate has any appreciable amount of caffeine.

Nhs guidelines suggest a 50g bar of milk choc would have approximately 25mg. The amount of actual chocolate in a Mars bar is small so caffeine will be slight. Won't bring you anywhere near the 200mg recommended daily limit. A Mars bar will have almost no caffeine.

A mars bar is 58g total, milk chocolate makes up ~ 40%. So 23g of milk chocolate would be about 5mg of caffeine. To put that in perspective the average cup of coffee has 95mg of caffeine.
