I'm on P2D5 of the protocol. I bought the GoLightly Butterscotch Hard Candy. These stuff is gluten free, it is sweetened with Splenda, needless to say these are safe for Diabetic person. Serving size is 4 pieces (that's equal of 45 calorie) and they written at the back that you exchange two fruits per 1 serving of the candies. I'll try it tomorrow but won't exceed or even reach 1 serving of it. I think it won't do any harm with the diet since it don't possess any of all the forbidden stuff during HCG. Yes--in the 1950s and 1960s, for sure, Elmers sold Mint Bubblets (peppermint) and Fruit Bubblets (cherry, orange, lemon, and lime). They were delicious. They don't make them anymore, unfortunately.

Closest thing to the Mint Bubblets that I know of is now made by King Leo. I don't know of anyone making the fruit flavored ones.
