What do deer do when a tornado hits?
Because animals have a sixth scence they kno that things like that arw going to happen ahead of time. So deer would leave the place they are and go to another. And just like people some dont want to leave so it would get caut in the tornado and either die or get taken to another place. (get caut in the tornad)
How do you get a baby deer to eat?
Please disregard the information about feeding solid foods, leaves, twigs, etc. to a baby deer. If the fawn is young enough to need care it is nursing and needs to be fed goats milk, which can be sweetened with molasses if needed. If you have never bottle fed a fawn before there is an excellent Wildlife site with information on caring for them. Also, it is true that you need to check your state laws concerning rehabilitating a baby deer. If it is not legal search for a licensed rehabilitation center in your area and contact them so they can arrange to get the fawn and care for it. Here is the URL for the Wildlife Site.

What does baby deers eat?
That is a simple question...
They will eat greens and twigs...
The will also eat different kinds of leaves such as...
Grape vine leaves, apple leaves, grass, sour grass, ect.
Anything green...
He/She might even eat corn...
But it has to be deer corn or natural corn out of your garden...
If you feed it food from the store it will not eat it...
You would be wasting your money...
The food from the store will bloat your baby deer and it may kill it...
There stomachs cannot handle the chemicals and stuff in the store bought food...
But I would say if you are nursing the baby...
Only keep it for a few days...
Because if you get caught you could be fined up to $4500 depending on the state your in...
So first you need to make sure it is an ophan...
This is how to tell if it is an ophan...
1) Watch it for a few days. 3-5 days
2) Did you see a dead doe?
3) Look for any signs of a doe being around...
4) There will most likely be twins or even triplets...
5) Then after a week if the baby is still in the same place then you can nurse it back to health...
If the baby doesn't eat then it is probually thirsty...
Try giving it some water...
Water is the main thing in the baby's life...
If you do end up feeding it milk...
Then DO NOT feed it cow milk...
Cow milk will kill your baby...
I would recomend Goat milk...
!GOOD LUCK!

Not in any important amount. Bobcats, like all cats, are what's called "obligate carnivores" meaning they HAVE to eat meat.
I do understand where this question is coming from do to their difference in appearances, but yes they are the same. The differences are mainly caused by the different geographical location of which they reside. Due to the open plains that sheep graze upon they are exposed to the wind and greater variations of temperature, causing the wool on the sheep to be biologically necessary as a thermal buffer. Whereas the deer have the local vegetation of the forests they call their habitat to break the wind currents causing the wool to be biologically unnecessary. The size difference between the deer and sheep are also easily explained, deer have more access to protein from the woodland rodents that share the same habitat allowing them to bulk up and sustain a greater size. Sheep only graze on the grass that is primarily available in the plains they call their home.
Deer drink like other four legged animals, they lower their head and drink

Can you chew tobacco while hunting deer?
Ive been dipping for many years and have shot many deer while chewing! It goes back to the question of do you think deer associate chewing with humans. They dont have the recolection of know what the smell is! As I teach new hunters into the sport I tell them one thing "You can fool a deers eyes and ears but its nearly immpossible to fool their nose!" If you eliminate your human odor or reduce it whatever your eating chewing or drinking in your stand does not matter as much!
According to the Related Link, they rarely eat watermelon, but you may find an individual deer that likes it, as even deer have individual differences in their likes and dislikes.
Deer are vegetarians with stomachs adapted for processing plant matter. A sudden change in diet can harm the health of any animal. Going from a vegetarian diet to eating meat, even for humans, can cause digestive problems because the body is not used to processing meat.
