Stop taking caffeine in coffee, soda, and chocolate. This has helped me reduce the frequency of lumps in my armpit. Now, I get lumps only when I treat myself to chocolate (I go caffeine free with soda and coffee). I can actually plan for a lump if I ingest caffeine. Nonetheless, you need to have it checked out by a doctor, because it could be related to lymph nodes or even breast tissue problems. If the lumps come and go, caffeine and check-ups may be all you need to control the problem. If the lump is constant, see a doctor immediately. Good luck.

My friends where looking at me weirdly and when they talked I couldn't hear them. A nurse took me over to a mat in the corner adn told me to lie down. So I did, but I fainted onto the mat.
