Why should you spend money on starving people?

The vast majority of starving people are in that situation through an accident of birth, or through politics, climate, and other factors no fault of their own. To have a relatively comfortable home and adequate food for yourself and your family implies some humanitarian obligation to help those suffering hardship, in the same way you might help out - within your means - a neighbouring family which has suffered loss of some sort. One day it might be you needing help, but that shouldn't be why you show compassion and support to those less fortunate than yourself.

Is it acceptable to make a charitable memorial donation different than the charity requested by the family?

While families usually designate a or several specific charities where family and friends can make donations, it is perfectly acceptable to make a donation "in the name of" the deceased to any charity you choose. Many people send a nice card to the family stating where the donation went and why the memorial act is personally meaningful (to you, to the deceased, or to the family). For example:

"Charlie used to talk about his love of reading and his hope that more children would learn to love books. We thought it might be nice to buy books for the library in Charlie's name. The library will add a front plate inside each book, bearing 'In memory of' with Charlie's full name."

Does charity money actually go to CHARITY?

It depends on the individual charitable organization. Some use very little of the donation to operate the charity's administrative services making the most impact with the money donated, while others end up with very little (or nothing) going to the target of the charity and, instead, most of the donations end up in the pockets of the administrators of the charity. There are lists of those charities that use more of the donation for the stated purpose and less in administration. See below in the related links for links to that type of information.

Why did Frederick Ozanam form Saint Vincent de Paul Society?

.

Catholic AnswerBelow is a link to the Catholic Encyclopedia article on Frederick Ozanam. Immediately following is an excerpt from that article that answers your question:

God gave me the grace to be born in the Faith. Later the confusion of an unbelieving world surrounded me. I knew all the horror of the doubts that torment the soul. It was then that the instructions of a priest and philosopher (Abbé Noirot) saved me. I believed thenceforth with an assured faith, and touched by so rare a goodness. I promised God to devote my life to the services of the truth which had given me peace.

You popped some blackheads on your nose now it is red and scabbed how can you treat this?

apply a LOT of dove silk cream onto your nose overnight. I'm talking about literally enough to completely cover your whole middle finger. you need to get the whole nose smothered in the dove cream then rub it in until it is almost invisible (just a bit shiny, but that's normal). wait about 6 hours if it is just red for the redness to fade away around where the blackheads were. if you have a LOT of scabs and they arent healing, rub in a lot of dove cream here the scabs are but not a lot of it because the scabs take longer to heal and it would help if you put it on in the day as well.

Hope i helped :)
