The A/C pressure switch is located on the driver side towards the radiator. It is installed on a tube that the refrigerant runs through on its way to the evaporator. It screws in and has a connector with 2 wires coming out of it.

use the key...manualy I didnt get a hood key with my 93.(re*&$%) You will have no choice but to go underneath the car and try to reach the latch. Somtimes you can see where the cable attaches. Use a screwdriver,pliers, or whatever to activate the lever. Move the lever in the same direction as the cable would and the hood should release.

Loosen the distributor hold-down bolt. Standing in front of the vehicle looking at the engine turning the distributor clockwise advances the timing. Turning the distributor counter-clockwise is retarding the timing. Hold the distributor steady while tightening the hold-down bolt. Factory hold-down bolt needs a 1/2 inch wrench.

Depends what you are doing, but of course you might as well check all valve clearances since you have the valve cover off. Remove valve cover, move crank manually so that the cylinder you're adjusting the valves on are at TDC (top dead center) or the push rod is at it full down position (making the valve top and rocker at it's loosest position). Check specs but I think it should be .015 clearance. You'll need a feeler tool for this. For each cylinder you move the crank, maybe a 1/4-1/2 turn to get TDC then check each cylinder in it's firing order 18436572, but double check per specs that apply to your vehicle of course.

How do you remove the taillight assembly on a 1982 Corvette?
From the outside, the tail lamp has 2 screws that remove with a hex key. After the lense is out gently turn the bulb socket to remove it from the tail lamp. Take out the old bulb and replace it. Be sure to put the socket into the lense the same way you took it out or you will not be able to push the tail lamp lense into the hole correctly. The rest is self explanitory!

The amps are in each one of the speakers. The front floor in front of the door and in the sides of the cargo bay area. Each one of the speakers have a Bose amp in the unit itself. They are the siae of a pack of cigarettes. They are also very expensive to replace. I found the cheapest ones were on Ebay and they were rebuild iwth stronger resisters in them. I put them in and they work great! Bose really saw GM coming when they sold them the rights to put these system in the Corvettes. Typically, Bose is great stuff but not in the Vettes. Stay away from junk yards amps as they are probably bad also. Good Luck!
I heard it was around $120k, but a dealer told me since there are so few made, they'll be more like $200 or $220k. The GTR msrp is 69k, but I haven't seen one for less than 101k. That's why I'm looking into new turbos for my Stealth instead.
