If the car hasn't been used for a long period of time calipers usually lock up.Try to remove the calipers and remove the cylinder,to remove the water within the cylinders.It would be best if you could remove the old brake fluid and replace it with new one.it would take time doing this but it's the best solution to your problem.

Take the #1 spark plug out, Put your finger over the hole and get someone to bump the engine over with the key a little at a time until you fill air blow out from under your finger, then stop bumping the engine over. Remove the distributor cap and where ever the rotor is pointing at when you set the cap back on that will be #1/ where the #1 plug wire goes. Then wire it clockwise 1-8-4-3-6-5-7-2

How do you fill 1993 corvette hydraulic clutch?
1) Remove the computer - in the engine compartment the rectangular black box on driver's side. It is held in place by 3 nuts, two are fairly easy to revove the third is hidden by a bracket and can be a bit tricky to grip when removing and re-installing.
2) Carefully move (slide) the computer and its' cables out of the way by lifting up and then toward the center of the engine compartment.
3) The (small) clutch master cylinder should now be visible. The cap is twist off but if it hasn't been removed for a long period of time you may need to use slip grip plier to gently twist to get it started. The process is slightly complicated by two rather inflexible cables which run directly over the cap.
4) CAREFULLY twist off the top and insure not to damage the rubber boot which extends into the reservoir. The boot must come out.
5) There are two fill lines on the reservoir noticeable with the cap and boot removed..one indicates full and the other indicates add. Use recommended clutch fluid. You may add the fluid using a very small funnel or bottle with a small orfice. Usually you don't need to add much...in most cases just small drops until the reservoir is filled just BELOW the full mark on the reservoir. If you overfill it when you replace the boot and top the fluid will overflow. The process can be trial and error.
6) Operate the clutch. The pedal pressure should be back..if not recheck the fluid level. If you lose fluid regularly after the car sits you may need to changle the clutch slave cylinder which may be beyond the limit of a do it yourselfer.
7) Replace th car's computer being careful with that third retaining nut.

In the tank. Easy to access through the lid that covers the fuel cap. Remove the lid. then remove 8, 10 mm bolts and hose connections. The unit will lift out with the fuel sending unit attached. The question was in reference to the fuel pump relay and not the pump.The fuel pump relay is on the passenger side firewall.

Why auto transmission slip when cool but it normal when at normal operating temp?
That is because the seals that are in the transmission are hard when the trans. is cool and as the transmission fluid heats up the seals soften up and expand which stops the fluid from leaking past the seals and the trans, acts normal. IT is time for a rebuild.
Under the car on the pass side aprox. at where the seat is. Might not be your problem, check your injectors by pulling each injector connector (press clip in the middle and pull connector at the same time). Then, with a digital voltmeter put the leads on each leg on the injector (they are small so don´t short cut them, plus-minus or minus-plus doesn´t matter). Engine off and cold they should each measure about 15 to 17 ohms, with a max difference off aprox. 0.5 ohms. If any are below 10 ohms, they are shot and might be the cause of your cars symptoms. Another cause might be the EGR system. Try and read out the computer by jumping the ALDL connector under the IP drivers side bolster over your right knee when sitting in the car. There are two rows of 6 pins, bend a small paperclip to a U shape and connect the upper right two pins with each other. Don´t start the car but turn the ignition on only. If done right, a fan under the hood starts working and the SES light in the center info panel starts blinking. First time it blinks one short, two long, wich means 12, it does that three times with every code. If you get the following code: three long, two short, and that three times, you have a problem with your EGR system. Either the valve is stuck open or shut, or there is a vacuum leak somewhere. Easy check is to see if there is a vacuum line hanging loose somewhere. Especially the one right under the front of the plenum (big long aluminum box that goes over the entire engine), behind the thermostat housing. I found mine loose and solved a similar problem on my car.
