The blower motor speed resistor is burned out. The resistor is usually found close to the blower motor. Auto parts stores carry that part and it is easy to replace.

The maximum tosing capacity of the 2004 Chevrolet Express-Cargo is 6600 lbs..

A Chevrolet Express Van will use approximately 5.5 quarts of oil. The oil can be purchased at any retail store or auto parts store.

Look under the benchs, on the inside of the leg, there should be a cut out in the flooring in the back. Lift it up the flooring and underneath is the pin with an orange handle that holds the benches in place. Rotate the pin so the handle is vertical and wiggle it out. Once both pins are removed. Disconnect the seat belts from the benches, slide the bench back a couple of inches, and lift the bench out.

Most likely it is spark plug wires. If you put it in gear and load it up (Hold the brake and press the throttle at the same time) and it starts skipping/misfiring, chances are that your spark plug wires are breaking down. To confirm, at night, raise the hood and do this. Have someone look at the engine when you "load it up". If they see any sparks around the engine, it's the plug wires. Do yourself a favor and buy good wires. It is hard enough to replace them on a van and a job you don't want to do again in 2 weeks. (While you are in there, it is a good time to replace the plugs too.)

It is at the output of the condenser. Remove the passenger turn signal lense to access it.

Under the "Tune" knob are small buttons with hr and min on them. Hold down to use.

If you are hooking up an amp, you have to run your own remote wire or branch off the antenna power wire.

£1.30, I think it's recently gone up.

It has a 1 piece rear main seal in it. To replace it you must pull the engine are transmission witch ever you think would be the most simple to do.

The seal slides over the back of the crankshaft. Pop it out and drive new one in.

Need to check the back of the intake manifold were it seals against the block and make sure that seal is not leaking.

Are you sure that you installed the oil pan gasket correctly ? If you used sealacone on the rubber pan gasket that can also make it leak even with it being new.

The tank on my 98 Express 3500 (w/6.5 turbo-diesel) seems to be 26 gals. I understand there was an option for a single larger tank, too, though do not recall of exactly what size. 50 gals comes to mind.

the fuel relay is ok,i cgecked it

the rear ac drain is right under the ac unit in rear driver side of van. my 1996 g-10 conversion van had a clear tube that was clogged, and leaked out in the rear soaking the carpet. just remove the clear tubing, clean it out and replace. i dont know about the front.

Passenger side is bank 2. Sensor 1 is in front of the Cat., and sensor 2 is in back of the Cat.

I have the same problem. Most likely it's the heater fan relay switch.... go back from the two wires plugged into your blower motor... u'll see a multi wire plug.. its under there. About $15 at the dealer. Get it diagnose 1st. U can see the fuse diagram under the fuse box lid.... Cal

I have a 2000 Chevrolet Express G3500 cargo van and the fuel tank capacity is 119 litres. I believe that equates to just over 31 gallons.

If air blows from defroster only, the vacuum line to the blend door may be broken. You can access most of it under the hood.
