This a very vague question and there are a number of reasons why your car might not start. If it doesn't start and you have to jump it, then it starts up fine for a while and then doesn't work again its probably your battery. If, while you're driving, you accelerate and your headlights get brighter then you slow down and they dim and eventually your car sputters out and won't start you have a bad alternator. If you have to turn the key a couple times to get it to start check your spark plugs and/or wire connections. Hope this helps

Personally, you can't do this yourself. More than likely it is the fuel sending unit and the dealer will have to replace it. Caution: If you take it to any repair shop, make sure you have fuel tank is almost empty. They will charge you more for a full tank. It will cost several hundred dollars to replace the unit.

The bcm is attached to the fuse box. You will have to remove the dash by taking out the screws around the radio and on the left side of the dash. You'll have to remove the dash silencer (above the driver's legs) as well. Unplug everything from the fuse box, then remove the three screws holding the fuse box in place. Pull the fuse box straight down to remove it. Unplug the bcm from the fuse box and remove the screws holding them together. Now you've got your part number and can look for a new bcm. (I had a hard time figuring out how to do this when the gauges in my '99 Sebring convertible quit working. It's pretty easy to remove and saves a lot of money when you don't have to take your car to a dealer. Good luck!)

the drain plug on the 1999 jimmy is under the pasenger side up front you will see a hose coming out from under the ruber skirt follow that to the plug, or you can see it from the top with a light

If you look on the underside of the hood, you should find a belt routing diagram. Might also be located near the front grill on the frame. If you cannot locate one (it being removed), log onto autozone.com They have MANY repair manulas available for viewing online. You might get lucky and the diagram be available there. Good Luck!

You replace it. These multi function switches are notorious for wearing out prematurely. Dealership price is $548. Napa quoted me $429 but I pleaded with him for a more affordable price and he said he would do $339.95. Ultimately I went with an online part supplier rockauto. Com and I paid $135 plus $9 shipping. It looks just like oem and works just fine. The install itself requires the removal of the steering column cover. Don't be scared, it's far easier than it looks and sounds. You'll need a torxs bit set to remove this plastic scroud. Once you are in there you only need to unscrew the switch, unplug its connectors and feed the wiring harnes out of the column. Then reverse the procedure to put the new one in. Feeding the wiring harness back in will be the biggest pain in the butt. Everything else is a cake walk. Good luck my friend!
