Ever gear ratio was offered as an option back in 69, it's hard to tell whats in yours, I believe the standard gear ratio was a 3.08 gear.

In the master cylinder, If you are sitting in the drivers seat it should be in the lower left corner of under the hood Move down the two silver brackets and pull off the lid the front section is for the two front tires the back section is for the back two tires.

Either drop the tranny or pull the engine.

drive a screwdriver through the old ones and pop them out and to reinstall the new ones I put permetex around the edges and set them in place and get a socket about the size that will fit inside the freeze plug and drive them in with a hammer hitting on the socket.

It depends on the shape of the body, the engine, transmission and the originality of the car as well as the mileage for instance a 78' Nova with an original 350, and original 3 speed in the floor with only 85k miles and a great body could be worth around $18000 depending on the person doing the appraisal and the targeted party as far as selling it goes. As a car collector would easily give you more than the average person and if you don't know a whole lot about your car or get a good appraiser to let you know what it's worth you can miss out on some money.

It is part of the alternator. If you are having problems keeping a charge or problem with high voltage, you might want to consider replacing your entire alternator.

after the glove box is open there is a nut that holds the tumbler in place just un screw it drive safe

firing order should be 1 3 4 2 number one being next to cambelt pulley

unbolt engine mounts and raise engine high enough to get the bolts out of the pan and take the pan off, clean old gasket off the pan and clean the pan real good and get some permetex and put some around where the gasket lays and put new gasket on the pan and let it set for about 10 minutes so the gasket will stay in place when you re-install the pan, set pan back on and start all the bolts and then tighten them down to about 15 ft. lbs.

may be your vacuum modulator on your transmission or could be a straight up bad transmission. i ended up replacing mine for that same reason

pull the center pad off the wheel and then take the nut off that holds the wheel on and then get a steering wheel puller and hook it up and pull the wheel off the splines.

I believe 1967 for Chevy cars and 1972 for Chevy trucks.

The heated coolant from the engine comes out of the fitting nearest the thermostat, then enters the lower heater hose nipple (or the smaller of the two nipples) then the coolant comes out of the heater and returns into the fitting on the water pump. All fittings and hoses attached to the water pump are return lines.
