In the American supermarket, low fat milk is available in 2% or 1%. The designation represents the amount of milk fat left in the milk by weight. In the American market, whole milk means it contains about 3.5% milk fat. [In Canada, I believe that the term "whole milk" means it is not pasteurized. To get non-pasteurized milk in America you would usually have to visit a specialty sore or dairy for "raw" milk.]

I'm not a doctor, but I don't see why chocolate milk would be harmful. Yes, it has added sugars and some caffeine in it, but all the nutritional value of white milk is still there. Besides, I doubt the caffeine levels are high enough to really have any impact unless you're drinking it all the time. Having a balanced diet is key. A little extra sugar, caffeine, salt or fat here and there is fine. So down your chocolate milk with an apple and think nothing more of it. Heck, I wouldn't even feel guilty about McDonalds every once and a while if that's what you like. Pregnancy isn't a death sentence.

i don't think muscle milk is a very good energy source in my opinion, because it does not give u very much energy for a basketball game or any endurance activity. what i would would recommend is probably a good energy drink. no monsters, amps, red bulls, or any other kind of energy drink like that. because those are really bad for your health and body. not a good chance if u drink those for energy just to let u know. so probably just go to a local food store and ask one of the people who work there where can i get a energy drink that will give me lots of energy, and say i don't want nothing like monsters, amps, red bulls, none of then stuff that's bad for my health and body. that is my advice on energy drinks. so muscle milk wouldn't be the best thing before a basketball game, but if it works for u. then great. u wouldn't even be looking at this right now if muscle milk worked for u. thats my advice thanks....

Yea it absorbs the toxins. Usually people use it to sober up but it somewhat helps. I suggest detox tea from a health store but its a little expensive.Unless its for weed. In that case just drink some cranberry juice cranberry pills work better though.

When consumed in moderation, it really isn't bad for you. It does have high sugar, and some have high fats, so it is not an all the time drink. On the other hand, it is a good source of calcium, Vitamin D, protein, and magnesium. If you go for the reduced fat versions, they are even better.

It is a very good idea to avoid drinking excess caffeine while pregnant and to avoid the additives they put in those engery drinks. Taurine, found in Red Bull and some others, is a vital nutrient for cats but is not part of the natural human diet. Even energy drinks that are caffeine free and "natural" are not always a safe bet. Natural does not equal healthy. Arsenic, opium, poisonous mushrooms, sugar and E. coli are all natural too. Talk with your OB about what foods are safe and what to avoid. Some times an additive or homeopathic pill is safe alone but added to pregnancy or other medicines becomes dangerous. And what is safe for a grown woman isn't always safe for babies. Your best advice will always come from your OB, he can also help you think of ways to help beat that sense of afternoon tiredness. :)

It's not just limited to that particular breed. I've never heard of a dog that didn't like chocolate or milk. Beware though, chocolate contains a chemical that has the capability to kill your dog if consumed in large quantities. Although I can't recall off hand what the chemical is, what it does, is cause your dog's heart to start racing which can lead to a heart attack.

Best advice, is no chocolate for dogs, ever, ever, ever.
