Is adultery illegal in Indiana and what are the penalties?
No. Adultery laws were removed in Indiana in 1976. There are no penalties that the state can impose. prohibited by the statute here involved (although sometimes inaccurately referred to as "adultery" and
"fornication") are cohabiting with another in a state of adultery or fornication…. The design of this
law is not to affix a penalty for the violation of the Seventh Commandment, but to punish those who,
without lawful marriage, live together in the manner of husband and wife." (Warner v. State, 202 Ind.
479, 483 [1931]). Occasional, or even frequent acts of adultery were not criminal by themselves;
"cohabitation" was an essential element of the crime.
Can a resident alien purchase a house?
Legally, a resident alien, or even a nonresident alien, can buy a house. Getting a mortgage should also not be a problem. Mortgage lenders are more interested in work history and income than in citizenship. If you are constantly bopping in and out of the country, the mortgage lender may justifiably be concerned that you may leave and not pay off the mortgage. But as long as you have a stable local work history you're fine.

Can a president be a naturalized citizen?
No.
Article 2, Section 1, Clause 5 of the US Constitution clearly states that:
"No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States."
The only way for someone who was not a natural-born US Citizen to be eligible to be President is for them to have been a Citizen at the time of the adoption of the Constitution...It's a little late for that now!
Can you use your Certificate of Naturalization as a form of ID for an I-9 form?
No, a Certificate of Naturalization is no longer acceptable for an I-9.

What if anshik manglik weds a non manglik?
Yes, it is very much possible.
Generally, Mangalika Dosha is said to be generated if Mars is placed in any of the following houses namely, first, fourth, seventh, eighth and twelfth house of the natal birth chart. Some astrologers also count the second house for consideration of Mangalik Dosha.
As such, there are only twelve houses in Lagna Chart; the probability of Mangalik is around 50 %. Besides this, some astrologers also consider the Mangalik Dosha from Moon Chart too - thus increasing the possibility of encountering Mangalik girl or boy during match making.
However, not every girl or boy (in whose lagna chart or Moon chart - Mars is placed in first, second, fourth, seventh, eighth or twelfth house) can be considered Mangalik.
Mangalik Dosha is said to be generated due to basic and inherent nature of planet Mars as per which it is said to be a warrior, army chief and aggressive planet. And, its placement in houses related to family and relationships is not considered harmonious for amicable post marital relationships. But, the nature of the Mars for specific horoscope is required to be seen too. Like, for Cancer Ascendant people, Mars will be a Yogakaraka planet; and its disposition in respective houses may not be considered inauspicious. Besides this, the planetary influence of other planets on Mars and concerned houses may also have a significant say in deciding the match.
Thus, don't just go by single term, "Mangalik" to decide for the match. It can only be judged appropriately via proper examination of both charts (male and female) on combined note to each other.
Can a British citizen and a Canadian citizen marry and live in either country?
No, they cannot. The Canadian spouse must sponsor the immigration. After living 3 years out of the past four years in Canada, then they can apply for Canadian citizenship.
An illegal marriage is when you marry a relative that is closely related. Such as brother, sister, first cousin, mother, father, aunt, uncle, grandparent.
An illegal marriage is one that has been falsely entered into by the use of fraudulent ID, Social Security numbers or other required documents to circumvent the laws of the state in which the marriage occurs.
When it relates to immigration issues, it is a marriage that has been made to enable a non citizen to obtain permanent residency and citizenship. In the US a marriage based on such matters is a federal offense and all parties can face felony criminal charges.
(FYI, first cousins are allowed to marry in several US states.)
An illegal marriage is also one in which one or both of the parties are already married. A person can only be married to one person at a time in Western countries. A marriage must be dissolved by divorce before a person can marry again.
Does being married to a US Citizen automatically make you one?
No. Non-US citizens can marry US citizens. This does not automatically make them US citizens as well, though it does generally grant them permanent resident status ("permanent" as long as they stay married, anyway).
How can an illegal immigrant join the army to become a us citizen?
Become legal and start paying taxes to start
You prrety much can't ! Seach enroling terms over the internet send and email describing your situation but witouth the illegal part and wait for an answer.
EDIT:
Technically you cant, you would need to have a birth certificate, i think a social security number (not sure though). and a greencard. As we speak there is a bill called the Dream Act that will allow undocumented inmigrants who entered as children before they where 16 to join the military and get help paying for college, but its not a law yet.
If you have a parent like your mom or dad or a sister who is a resident or citizen ask if they can help you fix your status by sponsoring you. (get help from a lawyer though) its a lengthly procces but its the sure way.
Can you have dual citizenship of India and Romania?
Acording to India's law, NO! Inregards to the Romanian law, it dependes on your heritage!
Yes, if it relates to a biological child,he status of the minor child is irrelevant. If the child was born in the US he or she is a US citizen regardless of the citizenship status (or lack thereof) of the parent(s)
What is an alien in citizenship?
It means that you aren't a citizen of the country, but you're living in the counrty on a Green card or something. You can legally live in the country.
Yes, but some states require that you must be 18 to get married, unless with the permission of your parents.
Once you are married, you could get your green card through your US citizen wife.
So, you might have to wait a few months more to get married. Remember, you are getting married for the WRONG reasons!
What would happen to the mother if she has baby in the US with an illegal alien?
Any child born on U.S. soil is a natural citizen of the U.S. The mother/father does not attain citizenship merely because of the birth. If they were illegally in the U.S. at the time of the birth, they are still considered "Illegal" and are subject to deportation.
AnswerIf the child is born in America, he or she is legally an American citizen. If the parent is deported, the child has to have a financial sponsor. AnswerThen, That American-born child can file immigration papers for his/her parents when he/she is 21 years old. It is a long wait, but right now it seems that it's the only way for the parents to become legal immigrants. If you are married in China, you do not need to return to China to file for a divorce. Canada will allow you to file for divorce and recognize the divorce that has taken place.
All biological parents have the right to petition for custody of their child or children, regardless of their resident status. However, depending upon the circumstances the judge is more likely to look favorably on the citizen parent, because the child or children are U.S. citizens and are protected by civil rights laws. The best option for the non-citizen parent is to obtain legal advice, if needed, the person may contact the legal aid society in the state in which they live for referral to an attorney who specializes in immigration problems, and charges fees scaled to the individual and/or accepts pro bono cases. Information for obtaining legal counsel can also be found at United States Citizenship and Immigration Services website, http://www.uscis.gov, and United States Department of Justice website, http://www.usdoj.gov Whether the male is a legit U.S. citizen or not, the child is more than likely to live with the mother, unless her living conditions are unstable or she is unemployed. The sole bread winner is usually a factor that is looked at also.In this case it seems as if the mother will probably get the child. But have a close watch on her for the next few years and try to get a grounded life, such as getting married and buying a house. The courts really look up to an already grounded family. You first must see if you can apply for residency and solve that problem! As far as the child goes, although your status as a current illegal alien might not help your case in court, the decision as to what parent will have custody is mainly based on who was the main care taker of the child. Since the mother usually is the one who is nurishing the child by helping him/her get dressed, feeding the child, etc. (when younger child or baby is involved), then she would custody and you would get visitation rights. If there is child abuse then the main care taker goes out the window if he/she is the abuser. The sole responsibility of the judge is to look out for the child's BEST INTEREST and which parent is mostly involved in that child's upbringing!
