I wouldn't worry if it is a moving violation or not because the fine can be up to $5,000.
If you need to ship a car from one state to another, driving it yourself is probably the least economically viable option. Interstate car transport incurs the cost of lodging, food and sometimes tolls. Time may also be one of your concerns, for you may have to use your precious vacation days to get away from your job enough time to be able to make the trip. Car shipping has become a popular enough industry that the costs have become increasingly lower, in order for car transporters interstatecar shipping rates to become affordable for the average American.
For the estimation cost of shipping cars across country in US, it can up to $ 1000 based on several condition such as car type, time to shipping, insurance, and the shipping method ( Using an enclosed container would add extra cost)

How do you changeair bag on peterbilt 379 sleeper?
It's really quite easy, although you will need a means of either lifting or jacking up the chassis when you install the new one.
Disconnect the air lines going to the air bag. Unbolt the air bag from the top and bottom... the top is usually two small bolts, and it'll be a larger bolt on the bottom. Off the top of my head, I don't remember exactly what size they are.
The old air bag will pull right out at this point.
Clean off the air fitting threads with a wire brush.
Install the new air bag... before reattaching the air fittings, make sure you put some thread tape or liquid thread sealer on them. To install the new air bag, you'll have to either jack up the chassis or lift it up... at work, I use an overhead crane for this.
Reinstall the bolts. The smaller top bolts should be torqued to 20 - 25 ft./lbs. and the larger bolt on the bottom should be torqued to around 50 ft./lbs.

What is the difference between Upfitting and Refitting Fleet Vehicles?
If you went to the dealer and bought a "cab chassis"--just the frame rails sticking out behind the cab--then took it to Dixie Upfitting and had it turned into a refrigerated box van, it would have been upfitted. If you went to the same dealer, bought a used dump truck, then took that truck to Dixie Upfitting and had it turned into a refrigerated box truck, it would have been refitted.
